It would be nice if in the EA, in manual trading mode, we can decide if we can receive the email and popup alert when all the signals ore ok, or when only the ZigZag, MBFX, Trend are ok so we have the time to better study the chart before to open a position without the risk of be in late.. this in low time frame is important I think.

Hello guys I'm still here lol..

I am still using this strategy although I'm not using the EA for auto trading anymore, I have gone back to manual trading, and confirming entry first using my own analysis. I use the EA to get the signals, and then confirm from there for manual entry.

I am still testing FxMadness's versions using strength and pivots, and should have some news on that in a cpl of weeks time.

I've started a journal if you are interested to follow along.

I do the same, but only the one I use the version and d1 set files of fx madness...ea only for scan, many Times in eurnzd and others 2 pair i dont remember wich one,but ea set buy and it is Young in sell 90 % manual 10 % ea!!

First of all many thanks for this "Baie lekker" strategy, I have been using it on a demo account with great success for a couple of weeks, however I have one question, when using EA ( v1.21 ) in auto mode it seems to take some trades after the signal appears on the 1hr TF without waiting for confirmation on the 4hr, is there some settings I must change??

I have given up automation and have begun manually testing D1 timeframe using a hybrid of fxmadness/miamijice? set files and overlaying all this with TDI. I'll post my results in about 1 month. If I don't , please remind as I have very demanding full-time job and a new kid in the house.

I'm not quite sure what you saying.

The EA will trade the time frame which you have the EA set on, for example if you have the EA set on H1, it will trade H1 valid signals, and the same for H4.

This week my testing of FxMadness's versions of using strength and pivots will complete.

I will say that its been a slooooww month with not many valid set ups.

D1 is also the winner over H4 again it seems, but still a few days left to go!

On a side note, I am still actively trading this strategy manually.

I have switched off the S&R filter, and only have alerts set up for the basic original signals. I will then cross check them, and see if they are in a weekly pivot zone, an then confirm with my own analysis before entry.

I have forgotten to post the set ups here, but the next one that I do I'll share it here.

Thanks for sharing this great strategy. Looks good on short back tests. I down loaded and installed your indicators from first page. My plan is to forward test on H4 on majors.

Hello MRDFX,
I am testing the manual trading on a demo account but in live market on a short term chart. I notice zigzag arrows keep moving to next swing low. Lets say if I get a valid buy signal as per rules and put my SL below swing low (where the arrow is) and if zig zag arrow keeps moving then my stop loss will hit. Any suggestion what to do in that case? I wonder if this happens on H4 or daily then what should I do?

My apology if this is answered already but I was not able to find the answer and so far I finished reading first 40 pages.
