Eur/Usd: Daily Market Trends Update 5/23/2018

Eur/Usd On 5/23/2018 at 8am est.. Boulder Multi Time Frame System:

1H, Downtrend, Trend stop at 1H close 1.18, Running Period: 9x1H
4H, Downtrend, Trend stop at 4H close 1.1811, Running Period: 36 x 4H
Daily, Downtrend, Trend stop at day close 1.2102, Running Period: 32 days.
Weekly, Downtrend, Trend stop at day close 1.2535, Running Period: 1 week


( Note: Those stops will change with hour close and price action)

Trading Strategy:

Currently 1H, 4H, daily and weekly are downtrend. If you trade 1H trend, preference is to short as long as downtrend stop 1.18 held at 1H close.

EA had 2 open positions so far for this cycle, I have closed both , last one closed at 1705, + 75 pips

Me 2 had 2 game (1 on London the other on the retracement both base on the H1 trend stop)

dollar rising and oil rising.. something seems off. I can see 77 and even 86. But something seems off with the rise in oil with a stronger usd. Maybe the Iran situation or something. I think the rise is on borrowed time now. I don't think this rise will not sustain w/o a retrace.

I manual long some here 1695 to see it will bounce.. 40 pips stop loss...

i took a long 1698,, stop + 1 atm.. I will likely get stopped out. in an hour, if It makes it with a 1704+ close. i got a small shot at 1772

good ..i am the same as you.. i took 1695 manual long this morning...I am going for my TP2 1765... but i did 40 pips stop.. I am not like you Gator... .that disciplined...

if the 12h closes below 1703. I rather the push, on the stop, over losing 40. it did make LL since london closed. I hope that was enough to close the 12h higher. "hope" is a terrible trait to trade by. so I bought insurance with my stop.
