I was able to leg into an Iron Butterfly with Nadex binaries on the EURUSD and GBPUSD pairs last night/this morning. The width on both is basically the H/L of the day so far. That's quite a bit of safety. This will end up being my biggest payout ever. Plus the other little cost covering trades I did and I basically hit my weekly profit target in 1 day. Just waiting out the 3:00 pm expiration now.

The beauty of binaries is you only need to be 1 tick ITM to get paid out the full amount. So being 20 pips or more ITM is pretty stress free.

can't comment much on the currency trades, not watching cash closely. In equities I am still bullish near-term but I am waiting to see what the indices do after the FOMC minutes Wed...

...watching ^TNX also and here we are in the last full trading week of May. Long weekend coming up so that could be a chance to catch a big gap down if it's in the cards. I am shopping SPY put calendars @ May25/29, looking to pay a dime at $268....

Got a vert spread on NUGT. My first vert spread on TOS. I like that they make it easy to do different strategies out of the box without having to build them out yourself. It's just a demo trade since I'm new to TOS.

I've also got some NUGT shares in my robinhood account. And to continue with the golden pony theme I had a nadex spread and a binary on gold futures. The spread captured the full move which was nice. My binary I'm carrying to expiration.

I've also got a lopsided GBPUSD butterfly going Just barely got the upper wing on and heading into the London close and EST lunch hour, hopefully the volatility dries up and it's easy squeezy til the 3:00pm expiration. 20 pips range on either side plus 40 pips range on the lowest entry.

I used to trade the DUST and NUGT options, back when gold used to move better. They're pretty thin, though, as I recall, maybe still are?

Honestly, with the way my life is, I am happy just trading risk via SPY and occasionally VIX-related names. I just don't have time to dig in to much more than that and it pays well, so....

Trying to fill a Jun22 UVXY bull call vert $14/14.5 for 6c, not getting it but maybe if the spoos rallies a bit into the close....

I have been loading some bearish trades this week in a bid to catch equities sliding off the FOMC minutes tomorrow and coming Jun FOMC rate hike. Not risking too much yet and still balancing on the bull side...

looking at EEM to slide under $40 after the Jun rate hike? ... the Jun29/Jul20 calendar puts are cheap, under a nickel maybe for strikes < $39

Did a short side heavy put spread straddle on the GBP/JPY last night. 200 pips or so. My biggest spread trade ever. I've got a bunch of binaries heavily ITM now across euro, pound, and gbp/jpy. Looking to close out the ones that are under 20 pips ITM before the FMOC minutes.

spoos been pretty flat really for last six weeks, going into June with a dovish Fed, geopoli risks simmering on the back burners (but what else is new?)....now we are prolly gonna see volume start to dry up (well under average today)....so flatline Summer? Fuck that noise....

SPY put calendar could pay today with an end of day dump below $270. Will hold some long calls over the long weekend most likely

prolly not....SPY volume like <40% of normal, long weekend coming, I will be left with long $269 puts for Tuesday
