Trade SL-ed. But the chart doesn't say so?

One of my AUDCHF trade hit SL, but when I view the chart, the candle stick doesnt go nearwhere to my SL. Screenshot as attached:

What would your advise be? The timezone from the server is GMT+0. Is this something that i should lodge a complain to Fx Pro? I dont see any AUD or CHF news around that time, so i doubt the spread went that high.

Spread might not be that high, but it could still be undisplayed. Candlesticks only show filled orders. I suggest you go back to the time when you hit your SL, then go highlight the candle to check OHLC and see if it hit.

I'm using cTrader here, attached is the screenshot of the candlestick. Doesnt look to me that it went that high...

Any idea?
