Tapping into my inner creative mind, also known as Drinking a Case of Beer...
I've been playing around with 2 new ideas...now they might not look that good to begin with...but in Manual Trading, these could be "The Shit"!
Price Oscillation and Hard Target for profit!
Both, very kewl ideas.
Let's start off with the easiest to explain - Hard Target!
We have a minimum Dynamic Profit, as of current...meaning, that once the series of trades reach profit and sees a counter trigger, it will close all that have the sum greater than our minimum target. This has proven to be a VERY effective strategy...
BUT!
What if you are comfortable with Taking a Static Profit?
Why wait for a counter trigger when you can just set a hard target and SHAZAMM - Out of all trades that have the sum total of the hard target?
This is what has been added...now, I'm still fucking around with it and of course after drinking a case of beer, will want to see if this actually works in Open Market...but, it's a start!
Price Oscillation!!
This one...w0wzers!
This will either be your savior or will be your demise, kind of the "Hail Mary" of trading triggers.
What is Price Oscillation?
Well...it kind of follows the same MACD or Moving Average Crosses as we observe in my manual triggering logic - HERE
Only difference is, it is one of the MOST AGGRESSIVE TRADING METHODOLOGIES that I have coded into a Manual Trade System...
Understanding it, is kind of like understanding a Moving Average Cross and for all intents and purposes and because of the Market Accepted MACD settings of 12/26, have based it on this...
When the 12EMA is greater than the 26EMA, on your Standard Meta4 terminal indicator, the oscillator is ABOVE ZERO.
When the 12EMA is less than the 26EMA, on your standard Meta4 terminal indicator, the oscillator is BELOW ZERO.
If you've had some time to play around with the manual trader...you get to understand some of the triggerings that we already have available as well as understand that these lines cross multiple times throughout the day, especially as applied to an M1 chart. So...the HYPER triggering that I've coded in, will work like this:
Longs - If 12 EMA is Less Than 26 EMA and the close of the current candle is greater than the open of the Previous Candle, BUY again!
Shorts - If the 12 EMA is Greater than the 26 EMA and the close of the current candle is less than the open of the Previous Candle, SELL again!!
This will respect ONLY TIME!!
Meaning, as we observe the MACD - 12/26 and it is below zero, for every candle that is a bullish candle, closing above the previous candle open, will continue to cost average into an Already Open Trade Series.
Converse for Skorties!
What we are effectively doing, is getting MASSIVELY aggressive with cost averaging trading and trying to Oscillate our Triggering with the Oscillation of Moving Averages - Which can most effectively be observed through the use of the MACD (standard settings) Histogram.
If we have taken a Bullish Position and the MACD is below Zero, we will add additional long positions as long as long as the MACD histogram is below zero and/or until we have achieved one of the 3 profit methodologies being employed.
If we have taken a Bearish Position and the MACD is above Zero, we will add additional short positions as long as long as the MACD histogram is above zero and/or until we have achieved one of the 3 profit methodologies being employed.
This of course, will still be an OPTION, meaning, you never have to use the Hyper Triggering nor the Static Close by simply adjusting settings in the user variables.
Lots of splaining in this...hopefully it makes sense...
To give a comparative idea as to what it looks like...Hyper and Static Close added to the strategy on EURJPY from the previous post:
I wouldn't actually recommend the Hyper Trading on the automated version...well...until it's actually tested, but it could be fantastic for Manual.
or
Could truly be Xuicide and get erased before ever released...
Just thought I would letcha have a look at what's in the works, is all!
And to letcha know,
My liver is taking a beating for the sake of profit!
