Please, do your own research and start to learn how to use Metatrader 4. We all have done this and it takes time. You can find many manuals, YouTube movies and many many more how to do so on Internet.
Keep it simple without too many crappy indicators!

Just install it on any D1 time frame chart for daily ,or on H4 time frame for four hours trading.

Not really working on that strategy at the moment but since MA is part of the original i would leave it on.

Depends on how you want to use strength.
To replace the original trend and trading H4 you can use H4 or perhaps better D1 strength.
For entry point and to replace MA15 (which i haven't tried) you could use strength H1 (when trading H4).

Yes you are doing pretty good ... in my eyes the better way is to use the weekly S&D line only - I dont use the daily lines any more ! I'm having good results at the H4 TF as well - using the weekly lines only like the daily TF trader fellows are operating here !

I have been using these daily settings for the last few weeks and I also have some very good results. Will keep testing on demo but could go live with a small account soon, very impressed at the moment though.

Are you letting the EA fully manage your trades including the trailing stoploss settings or are you manually closing some yourself? Your results are impressive and I'm happy with mine but yours are better!!
