Is it their screenshot? Regardless of how this commercial system performs, the screenshot you posted is simple interpolation of day candles. If they can display such a screen to prove performance, I would not bother even to read about it.

Is it a scam? As in, if you buy it, they won't deliver the indicators/scripts/template?

It costs 210.60USD. I'm not about to buy it.

As i know. This system very usable for determinate of trend mooving. There are not price noise and we can clearly to see the trend or waves. Its works

must be used with news, sometimes we get long movement and sometimes weak signal.
best use is on M1 or H1 in case data not available to download as mentioned in guideline.

The main rule to use this system is synchronize your trading with the economic news to confirm that upcoming news will not be against the signal appeared by the system, to avoid get in wrong signal when negative news turns scales against your position, when you have a potential signal just ask yourself IF will the next news will support the signal given or Not, clear and easy.

Result:
NO Difference between M1 & H1 , as described in Guideline, just the volume of data not enough in the first picture on M1,
but the portion show Almost 99% the same scenario and signal mentioned in the second picture for same chart generated through H1,

Sensitivity = ½ RenkoBoxSize

Based on the rule : RenkoBoxSize > or = Maximum spread if Floating

Now some stocks i have Spread = 0 , if i'm correct i can use any RenkoBoxSize ( 5 or 10 ) for scalping or above for long terms, with Sensitivity = 2.5 or 5

That's Correct Helen, for Settings, for Pending Order , Check Page 6 PDF Guide , The mechanism well explained, with pending order you can anticipate entry with prior prediction or reading which make order follow your intuition if activated, or reverse your visions to another scenario, for me i prefer SELL STOP and BUY Stop with such systems for price Breakthrough the price storm, i'm not a fan or LIMIT Order, it mostly make disappointed beyond expectations.

I trade BTC/USD , i monitored the spread ( floating spread ), it range between 76.x to 145.x as real decimal value ( displayed ex: 760 and 1450 )
because the broker is 5 digits show the spread, please let me know if this config is correct or which the best
