based on where you stand now:
1 day!! history...mind the risk of ruin numbers?

i think the entrepreneurial drive commendable, but the viability of your proposal...lets call it a joke?

PS. in Singapore a 10 yr old has enough pocket money to open a 200$ live ECN account, i am sure a uni student doesnt have to work the whole summer vacation to do the same. the first and most important lesson of trading is that demo not equal live.
there is always, always another trade!!

You make a very valid point...but, let's explore further.

1. Yes, I shouldn't had made a demo on 5 mil....but let's look at percentages instead of raw numbers.
2. Yes, it's 1 day...which I mentioned I will trade it LIVE for everyone to see.
3. Risk of ruin? I am not sure why FXBlue quoted it as "100% as it is a loss-making account" because if you look at it, the equity is up. The very same screenshot you gave projected the monthly return to be +432%. So obviously this is some error by FXBlue. I have pm-ed Twee and hopefully I can upload a TE here soon.
4. I'm actually a Malaysian and have very high expenses due to studying and living in Singapore, thus, the capital issue.

Do ask away, I'm genuine so I am not afraid of questions! It is however, 4:30am here at the moment, so please do pardon me, I will reply further questions when I wake up again!

i'm not any way against you but i am against such offers ,and FF should delete such threads offers since beginning.
a looooot of trouble can cause offers like this to many newbies who just made their first step into this forex market world.
If what you claim is so true and you are such a skilled trader then go apply for one bank or for one broker and trade for them see if they will give you their money to play with,then you will see how things work for real..of course is more easy here where nobody ask anything,only some of us who are in this for some years have some serious question.
I really hope when you wake up you will end this silly offer.and i say this cos NOBODY will give his money to... one unknown guy on internet to let him play.is the biggest mistake anyone can ever do in this business.dangerous like hell.

Not saying "wiped accounts" don't count (in any case I don't have any), but demo account only lasts for a maximum of 30 days.

by the way some of us are not from yesterday around... there are non expiring demo's as well.

Let me say, one of the biggest issues is amateur retail traders who believe that if they make 500% on a demo or cent account, this would translate to the same percentage gain on a live account of any size.

This assumption is 100% false.

Let me explain.

A demo account or a cent account or even a small account (less than $1k) will have zero issues with liquidity, slippage, or fills.

As anyone who has traded on an account of over $5k will tell you (especially when/if you start to win) you start to experience delayed quotes and slippage. All results on significant live account is almost always worse than on a demo account.

Trading in the professional World, with significant size, is very different. I copied the below quote from a post on this forum:

Retail seem to think that pressing the buy/sell button is the same for Institutions as it is for retail, it is not.

When institutions wish to buy/sell, they need to take account of volume and liquidity. If the volume they wish to transact is large, they HAVE TO break up their order or use an Interbank brokers service who will buy/sell without drawing attention to what is being done. If there is insufficient liquidity, could take hours to execute the order, another reason why they aim for the medium/long term.

That is why a retail trader cannot simply go into trading huge Institutional funds. They need to have the knowledge of how placing orders in the institutional world works.


Also, a demo/cent account does not test the psychological aspects of a trader.

Every single trading forum is filled with retail traders who think they can trade large accounts simply because they have success trading demo/cent accounts.

Until you have traded a serious sized account $50k plus and handled various market conditions, you will never know what it's truly like to trade and to be a trader.

Until you have done above, you have no right to ask for any amount of money to trade for others (well actually you can ask but do not be surprised if no one takes you seriously)

I do not mean to put you down, but I think your lack of experience in trading (large sums of) real money is evident and you will simply be wasting your time.

What I would suggest is open up a small account, say $500-$1k. If after 6 months it is successful, with low draw down etc, market that and start a live copier service. This in my opinion would be far better for you.

I'd also like to add that looking at your demo account, the numbers are typical of amateur trading.

In the attached screenshot, 14 pip loss in eurusd is resulting in -1.6% loss of your account? 71 pips lost results in a 6.5% loss of your account. 71 pips is a walk in the park for pairs like eurusd, gbpusd.

This shows very very bad risk/money management.

As I stated, trade with some real money and you will see exactly how mentally difficult it is to see small moves wipe out so much of your account.
