No. I just don't back down from a fight. Jen's a soft bigot and she doesn't even realize it. People who come to FF do so mostly for trading. While other topics of discussion are allowed most expect to be treated with respect. This implies the expectation that they will not be called racist or profane names. FF being a civilized organization has a code of conduct guiding participants on appropriate and inappropriate behavior. Even with that FF does give quite a bit of lee way. However individuals who are the recipients of violations of this code absolutely have the right to file a complaint via the channels that FF has made available to them.

Filing a complaint under the rules posted by FF is a legit way for traders being harassed with profanity and racism to deal with it. Being across the pond and throwing profane insults without fear of retribution is lower than a rat. My interpretation is spot on.

The food pyramid is a hogwash. It incorrectly instructs uneducated robot followers to eat a diet high in grains such as corn, rice, wheat, etc. etc. and to limit or restrict animal sources of protein especially red meat. If this pyramid is supposed to be so healthy then why since it's inception has heart disease, diabetes, strokes and obesity increased to epidemic proportions? I'll tell you why.

Following of the food pyramid has led to the demonization of fat. The low fat craze is the very cause of the diseases mentioned above. People have been falsely led to believe that avoiding fat is healthy. By doing this many consume large quantities of carbohydrates to satisfy their hunger. Carbs increase blood sugar causing insulin spikes. Insulin is a powerful and immediately attempts to lower blood sugar back to normal. To do this carbs are first stored in the liver and muscles but since most already have adequate stores in the liver and the muscles most is stored as fat. Chronic consumption of a high carb diet is inflammatory to many tissues in the human body including the coronary arteries in the heart and the arteries in the brain other arteries throughout the body. Eventually this can lead to heart attacks or strokes.

Fat is good for you. One gram of fat has twice the calories as one gram of carb. When consumed it digests much more slowly than carbs. It has no effect on blood sugar. Fat and cholesterol are necessary for proper nervous system health. Despite what you hear cholesterol has nothing to do with heart disease. What does is the high consumption of carbs.

The food pyramid is nothing more than an attempt by PETA and environmental wackos to fulfill their agenda to eliminate the culture and harvesting of animals as a food source for humans. They favor the "rights" of animals over humans. By the way animals have no rights. Humans have rights because they have the consciousness to know they have rights and they can consciously exercise those rights. Animals deserve to be protected from cruelty and to be treated with respect by humans but they have no rights.

The human digestive tract, although it can with difficulty digest much plant matter, is more geared to digesting meat. Many grains such as wheat and similar must be heavily processed for the human digestive tract to deal with it. In addition most grains actually rob the human body of nutrients and cause the intestines to lose a degree of integrity. The intestines become "leaky" allowing abnormal molecules to enter the blood stream. The body reacts creating disease. The processing of grains into cereal and bread makes them highly digestible but this results in the spiking of one's blood sugar. A slice of bread will increase your blood sugar more than a table spoon of white sugar.

Look, in my view, these kinds of threads are about fight club. I did not realize it had gotten to this point. In the RH we have said some nasty sh*t to each other. It's all part of the game. I will address this notion of white privilege (wp). Whites (ws)
WP assumes that ws achieve success because they have opportunity not available to other people of color or race. Or that they engage in oppressive activities to prevent others from achieving success. Of course this is just not true. But why is it believed by some? Because civil rights leaders and many dems/liberals want people of other color/race to believe that. This represents their base. They need an underclass to vote for them. They say that WP and other issues are the reason they haven't made it life. The fact is that is this brainwashing that has and still prevents some minorities from being successful. Many Dems/libs and civil rights leaders tell minorities they will take care of them by penalizing ws and really any other successful individual. Thus all the attempts to redistribute wealth. Afterall if your a minority and you're living on welfare and believe the class-warfare being shoved down your throat then you likely will have no reason to do anything other than wait for your next welfare check. Even people of color who have rejected this class warfare and have become successful are labeled uncle tom.

The fact is that in today's US opportunity is available to everyone regardless of race or color. But it is up to the individual to go get it.
