Thats better without the grid but your strat shadow is ON TOP of your candles and obscuring them now. Need to have those behind your candles in the background.
Also you seem to have an extra moving average on there.
I'll leave the analysis up to the expert M5 traders on here.

Hello everyone. Hope you are well. Great result for Liverpool last night. Sorry to disappoint Darko if you'd thought we'd be "whining" this morning. I was trying to think of a similar joke about a successful French football club but unfortunately I can't think of any successful ones. Oh well, at least you have petanque.




Random things I have learned by practising PASR over the last few days:


1) The trend really is your best friend.
2) Don't try and be a hero by trading reversals. Wait for the trend to be established and jump in after the pullbacks after confirmation with PA at minor support/resistance.
3) Location, location, location. The best locations to take a trade are major support and resistance. Not in no-mans land in between.
4) Keep an eye on the news calendar. Don't gamble and try to predict news. That's what amateurs do.
5) The market makers at the London open will often take price to the nearest support/resistance in search of liquidity for the big move of the day. I see this time and time again. Let them show their hand before entering. Perfect example of this morning on the USD-JPY.

Nice trade. The Yen was really strong today which is weird because it's a public holiday in Japan today. ^^

I didn't realise there were so many trends on the Big Boss that we have to be aware of!

You need to re-think your understanding of what a trend is. PRICE is trapped inside a 6 week Weekly Control Candle

I thought I knew what I was doing on this pair until I read ALL your trends - now, along with everyone else I am CONFUSED. All these trend is giving you paralysis of analysis!

My plan: Wait for the closure of this candle, if it closes below WCC then take a short trade R:R 50 pips/70 pips Opinion?

We trade the Worker for 1,000 pips NOT 50 Mickey Mouse pips.

This week I'm also shorting GBP/AUD and GBP/CHF, G/A is in 166 pips in profit and G/C is only moved 20 pips in my direction. Knowing CHF pairs I'm being very cautious.
GBP/AUD plan is to TP at BB support of 1.7920 if PA shows the way, SL was at 1.8290, or in other words, last candle's high before my entry.
GBP/CHF plan was to short to SS bottom and B support area of 1.3440, as price seems to be in a channel and was rejected by BB resistance twice, forming a LH while doing that.

These are my two trades this week and both are profitable.

me too. It looks like it will re-test the Strat Shadow as resistance.

I will be keeping an eye on them, seems to have been the first to start retracing the recent USD strength.

I noticed that when I start seeing nice M5 setups on a pair a given week, they sometimes offer nice opportunities on higher TFs the following week, and AUDUSD was good for that this week. So next week may be interesting (or not) for those who trade the Worker
