Disliked{quote} i dont know if he sells something. he only presents often in this style, and this style shows nothing, even less then nothing. and he changes from strategy to strategy again and again and again...... one of the biggest mistakes people can do. and believe me, when you show professionals this mini trades, they laugh and say "contact me when you are no child any more and are confident in what you do". and they would laugh about what he is showing, presenting in this style not anyone with brain would be impressed or say anything positive about,...Ignored
Let's just put it this way, without a mentor who can guide you, what he is showing is the journey of a trader from total newbie to what it is now.
Actually, it's alot of nonsense about jumping system, to be honest I think alot of people with a huge load of opinion about why you people should not jump from system to system is really just myopic. At the start you have to jump from system to system, to find what really works for you and discard what doesn't, it's when you found your ideal system that you still keep jumping around, then maybe that's an issue unless of course you have some limit on say timing or other factors and have to readjust then that is a totally different thing and is acceptable.
Also I don't think professionals will hand over a lump sum all in right off the bat they may scale in like first put 50k then then out in 500k if the 50k does well over say a 1 year period. That's how prop houses are structured, you are not off the hook all the time, your only really as good as your last trade. It's meant to protect the prop house.
As for what professionals think, well I have no idea.
But fact still remains, if you got lucky with a mentor great, otherwise your journey with will look very similar to what is here. Because from the start you may not know what works, like at all. Even if you have got something, you may not even trust it enough, to be objective about it. Only way is to really trade a small account to see if it works and if it doesn't work all you can do is write it off as r&d cost. This is really how it is for some people who had to learn to trade on their own.
Just think of it, if you don't dream at the start, to be motivated enough to take the first step out then you will probably not even trade at all. In truth the dream or passion or the need to make it factor is what will get you through the tough times on trading, nothing else will.
All you really have are the results you can generate to justify the current direction you are taking your trading in.
