Hello AlbinaGrande,

I pick a pair that is trending or swinging with nice H1 swings like the EU, Everyday almost the EU has a H1 swing up, down or a Continuation.
I check them 6 am to 7 am CST when the London Session is at Lunch and at the End of the US sessions 4 PM to 5 PM CST and once at 9 pm - 10 pm CST.

I look for compression's on the DDS, H1 or H4 ,
I look for the M5 , M15, M30 to be compressed with them also, long or short.
When I see Failure is near, I will place sell stops or buy stops 25 pips away from each other.
I expect the H1 to go long tonight and I will follow it up with sell stops.
with the month, Week, and Day high in the sky, I would only sell stop it, The H1 will roll down , the H4 will roll down, the Day in time will come down...........
So get the odds in your favor " Compression" and follow it up or down until it releases...............

And this afternoon while building UFO's I had another small waterfall..................From EJ....................
I have since taken all my profits as the H1 is at the bottom and the H4 is at the top and will wait for the H1 and H4 to get friendly again................

GBPUSD - Poor news out for the Brit's - lower sales volume.

A X cross trade lower is setting up, If the H4 turns up, then a short is not in the picture anymore.

CHFGBP is in an uptrend.

The daily is slowing down. ADX on longer TF's has power, in a few days this could unwind for a retrace lower.
