It is not a martingale EA, doesn't keep stats of trades (except for last direction) and can be stopped and restarted at any time so manually increasing the lot size on they way is probably the best option.

mrdfx, have you experimented with the 200MA daily trend filter at all? If so, what was the experience. Thanks.

Hi all! First I want to thank you mrdfx and ebeckers for sharing the strategy and EA.Today I run a forward and demo tests.The EA open position on EUR/JPY /real / wich was not confirmed but on my demo test there is no open position on EUR/JPY .Same settings and same broker , same history.May be there is a bug because I am not the only one with that position. the settings are from mrdfx.

That question goes to Mrdfx only, If he please kindly explain what’s happening:

Tons of pages left behind with a very promising EA but still not all the members are synchronised with the settings of EA shown in your trade explorer.

Why is it that difficult? Not blaming anyone. Just trying to understand. An EA and a set file should do it right? What’s the real problem?

This remark goes to mrdfx only.

If i were you i would answer with "Not all brokers, price feeds, spreads and history are alike so do not expect the same results as my TE. I only gave the trading system and it works for me. It is for you to find out why it does not work for you.".
Of course the remark was not directed at me so this is just a suggestion.

I know some coders are trying different solutions in some EA areas. I will try this in SR. I like more catch waves that use "fixed" pivots/fibos. You have a few broken areas but next area is enough far for can attack the "breakout" with small loss

These are not real problems. To synchronise everybody , a little dictatorship would be enough. Everyone would benefit from that.

Eg.
* Using Pepperstone account is mandatory.
* Having 99999 bars history is mandatory

Without having these issues fixed, no questions will be answered.

It’s not that difficult. You can check The Paradox System thread, everybody uses Forex.com account.

Do not make it too complicated with too many indicators
Keep it simple without too many crappy indicators!

There are no set requirements to run this EA successfully, as long as you follow the trade rules, and read the first post. I don't want to tell people what broker they should be using and place restrictions on trading this strategy, but members do need to understand that not everyone will have the exact same results based on a few things ie: broker, brokers server time (can cause difference in signals), spreads, price feeds, etc, all this can lead to some differences sometimes in the signals that member will have.

Some might get the signal before or after based on their broker server time, also depending on when their broker closes the EOD (mine is NYC) and if their broker included the Sunday candle.

And of course all this has already been discussed, and explained numerous times already, but the majority don't read the thread, and then when they see something different on their EA they post a question before reading the answers that have already discussed.

Another thing to consider is if you get a new signal, and it is not on my TE it could also be that I already had that signal/trade previously, and as the EA won't repeat same direction signal, an example being today AUDCAD buy which was not opened on my platform as I had already a previous AUDCAD buy, and if a member just starts the EA up they will get the signal as they don't have this trade recorded in their history.

If members can read the thread properly, and understand the strategy and how the EA works half of the questions will be avoided, but hey we can't force everyone to read in a forum...

S/R is very useful,but not to take signal like in EA. I never be afraid of news or some way use news for trading. If you correct analise the direction overall then news only push price in your direction. Why people play attention on news so much if basicly trade daily trend and use lage stops.
