Hi I would like to show you my strategy what I am using! It is based on a Renko Chart!

The basics:
Sell/Buy
When you get a color change, then you take a position on that direction, set your SL 3bricks, and you close the trade when another color change happens! You can enter immediately on the that trade too!
If your SL gets hit, then take a position in the other direction with a SL of 3 bricks! When we are in +1brick our SL is 2bricks (or reverse brick)

Basically that is what I do and I think it can get me a few pips!

What I would like to know if someone could backtest it for me, because it is difficut for me to do...
And if someone could make an EA that would be awesome!

Which Renko EA are you using & what is your Pips per brick setting.?

i have tried this method few years back on gbpjpy , i was testing and actually was positive but

it works when pair is trending and when market is active.

i used 5 pips brick , also tested 15 pips brick

i think i have downloaded an ea for this , if i found it , i will attach here.

Overall when I'm getting back an average 5-10% per month, I'm happy with that! (I'm using 3% SL/trade)

I think you can improve that substantially by adding the CCI custom candles indi'.

how many trade per day ?
Renko is good when trade during london and new york session.
Risk comes from not knowing what you're doing.

That depends on the time I have, what I can spend sitting in front of my laptop...usually 3 to 5 trades /day... I have to work too.... but when I come back and scroll back to see what would have happened when I were trading, I often see that I could have made some pips...

I am eager to try your strategy.

CMC Markets offer renko charts in their platform, so does Trade Interceptor. Neither of them allow EAs, though.

And how big brick size do you use?

On your 1st image I've could have made 18% if 1 brick=1%
On your 2nd image (left) 15%
