Automatic Fixed Scale with Top/Bottom Margins - indicator for MT 4
{ Solved the Major Problem with MT4 Platform for Years }


This code was written as an indicator. It adds top and bottom margin to the chart. Both can be adjusted separately.

This gives some breathing space to top and bottom of the chart for drawing. It's changing chart scale to fixed scale, then finds Highest and Lowest price visible on the chart. Then adjust those prices with selected margin, and those are used for Fixed scale.

Also added automatic switch to auto-scroll when chart is moved.
Head Margin by default bigger is on top if price is above mid-range (uptrend), and on the bottom if price is below mid-range.

U.S. President Donald Trump has finally carried out his threats on trade with China, announcing on Thursday the start of a process that will lead to sweeping tariffs on Chinese imports and restrictions on Chinese investments.

Trump hopes to compel a recalcitrant China to end a range of unfair business practices and open its market wider to U.S. companies, thus reducing the large U.S. trade deficit.

TOKYO (Reuters) - The rumblings of a global trade war sent shivers through stock and currency markets on Friday after U.S. President Donald Trump announced long-promised tariffs on Chinese goods and China retaliated with a pledge to fight to the end any such war.

Trump signed a presidential memorandum on Thursday that could impose tariffs on up to $60 billion of imports from China, although the measures have a 30-day consultation period.

Investors fear that the U.S. measures could escalate into a trade war, with potentially dire consequences for the global economy.

After nearly half a century of trying to woo China into the club of major market-based economies, Trump made clear his administration plans to brandish sticks, not carrots, to achieve U.S. trade goals with Beijing.

The question is whether the gambit will lead to a healthy rebalancing of the world’s two biggest economies, or trigger a punishing trade conflict that sideswipes the broadest worldwide expansion in years.

BRUSSELS (Reuters) - British Prime Minister Theresa May welcomed on Friday the approval by European Union leaders of a 21-month transition period to help business adapt after Brexit, telling the bloc to ride the “new dynamic” in looming trade talks.

EU leaders also formally adopted on Friday their joint negotiating stance on a future trade relationship with Britain after it leaves the bloc, said the chairman of the summit, Donald Tusk.

“I welcome the fact that the EU Council this morning has agreed the details of the implementation period,” May told reporters. “This gives certainty to people and businesses. It gives them the clarity to plan for their future.”

“I believe there is a new dynamic now in the negotiations,” she said. “We will now be sitting down and determining those workable solutions for Northern Ireland but also for our future security partnership and economic partnership.”
