as desired some pictures of my new trading unit. It took at least 2 days to rebuild everything. The centerpiece is now a 55 inch monitor positioned in the middle of my workstation. Ultra HD resolution: 3840 x 2160 pixels.



The advantage is that you can display 4 screen views on the large monitor. Thus, it is possible to display a total of up to 11 large screens.



I am very enthusiastic about the individual presentation. Especially in the smaller time units can thus easily represent larger periods. That gives a fantastic overview.



The system is powered by two fast i7 processors, so that the performance of the computer is not affected, 6 external high-resolution graphics cards were installed. Two different wireless networks provide both computers with wireless internet via cables. All screens can be tilted on all sides and therefore suitably adjusted.

The next few days I first have to tune the screens individually. I thought first that one would have to sit far away with a 55 inch monitor, but due to the Ultra HD resolution this is not the case. , Whether this brings me a big advantage, I can not say exactly. However, the overview is a dream.

the price could go through my bottom line, then pull back and accept that line as resistance. Then that would be an indication for me that it could go much further down. I do not know how price will react once it touch green candle...but I believe it will go to the bottom of that green candle and beyond something like 1.20 or so..it is not predicting, just considering possibilities...in meanwhile many things can happen to postpone down trip or make U turn up...

The same time, different candles


Dear Traders,

Today I would like to show you once the big differences in the candle formation in the 4 H chart. The following example shows the candle construction at IG Markets, Forex Factory, as well as Activtrades MT4.1 and Activtrades MT4.2 (data update via MetaQuotes).



In advance, all providers show from their side a correct candle image. Nevertheless, there are serious differences. Take a look at the course within the blue squares. Now the confusion is great. Of course it would be optimal if all traders could see the same candles, but this is impossible due to the different brokers and different course positions. This means that the candle formation is different for many traders.

Here is already the first evidence that candle formations can not work in my eyes. Now imagine some indicators that each trader has built into his chart.
If you squeeze your eyes and look at the four chart images, the picture is about right. Nevertheless, it makes a big difference when you pay attention to the candles to make a trade.

The smaller the time units become, the smaller the difference, but there are clear differences here as well. The big problem is that my chart picture suggests to me a truth that is not really a truth. Basically, it is known that the price position in the futures market deviates significantly from the prices of the CFD market. But that should not be a reason to say goodbye to the CFD market. One solution would be to deal with the futures market in the long term. However, you should bring at least $ 25,000 capital for this. This is hard for many part-time traders.

If many traders see different candle formations on their screen, one should ask themselves if resistance lines, support lines and indicators work as expected. Especially with chart analysis, I see a certain challenge there. In principle, the course position is correct for all four chart patterns shown, the display varies only slightly.



Let's take a look at the charts in which we can see a clear equilibrium. In picture 1-3 we can clearly define the equilibrium, in picture 4 it will be a bit more difficult but still possible.

Solution:
Always assume that your chart image is not 100% true. Look for the Equilibrium, no matter what the chart looks like, so I think you have the best chance of finding a trend reversal.

released on March 12, my resistance levels have held up well. We're back at a crucial point. Now decides where the course will run longer term.



1st Possibility: The price is now pushed up strongly and accepts the point 1 as a resistance in the pullback. Then I see a strong urge to go up to 1.27 / 1.28.

2nd Possibility: The price is now pushed down strongly and accepts the point 2 as a resistance in the pullback. Then I see a strong urge down to 1.19 / 1.179.

However, I still believe in a course down, but I can also be wrong. This week could be a crucial point for the next few months.

Exercise on Equilibrium

Identifying the Equilibrium is not difficult, but finding the right Equilibrium is a challenge. It's handy if you sometimes get some lines from me, but then you can not understand why I have drawn these lines. The goal should be to find and draw these important resistance lines yourself. Practice makes perfect, with this motto I would like to motivate you to take part in an exercise today. You can do the exercise in advance at any time. The learning success is huge, you will experience it.

Open a new chart in the 1 hours time unit and reduce this chart until you see the 1 hour candles from the beginning of the year 2018 until today. The color of the complete candles should be DimGrey. Upload the Indicator Momentum Candles and set the following values: candle pipvalue: 13, hilow pipvalue: 13, color: red and lime, width: 2 You can upload the indicator at the end of my article.

Your chart should now look like this, of course without the resistance lines shown. You do not need the numbers at the end of the candles.
Now look at where a trend reversal takes place and then draw a red bar to the left. Now you have to analyze where the equilibrium is, which is responsible for the trend reversal. This is not always easy in the 4H chart, but start with this exercise.

The blue arrows I have drawn indicate that the Equilibrium come from the past (2014 and 2012). You do not have to pay attention to them first.
Once you've plotted all the trend turns, you can go look for them in 2014 and 2012 to find the equilibrium that was responsible for reversing the trend by the end of January 2018. (Where I drew the blue arrows) Then go back to the year 2018 and look at your drawn resistance lines in the 30M chart, 15M chart or 5M chart. Now you can set your resistance lines more precisely.

That's why I get off to a good start with a 4-7 pip stop. If I make an equilibrium where my stop would be greater than 10, I may wait until the trend reversal is completed and then looking for a way to get started. When you work with the Equilibrium, you can practically pick the best and most profitable trades with the lowest risk. But sometimes that means waiting. But there is also the possibility to observe all major currency pairs and only enter when it is worthwhile.

Start with your training, you will see that you are getting better and better at understanding how the market works. The principle of supply and demand always works the same. You need some time for that, but it's worth it. After a while, you will trade up when everyone thinks it is going down. And the market will prove you right.

I train this every day in all currency pairs. Of course, I do not meet all of Equilibrium because of the different types of candles that different brokers make. For this I wrote a post yesterday. But the hit rate is enormous and very efficient.

In the 1M chart, the resistance levels are not as accurate as the price is too jumpy. I recommend to go into the higher time units.

as already assumed yesterday, the price has gone further down. We went over a crucial resistance line today. Now the price should go down and accept the broken line as a resistance line in pullback. That could drive the course further down. The course could also fall directly but we still have a strong demand market in the 1.216 to 1.22 range, where demand dominates supply. Then the way is free down. In the area 1.213 / 1.204 and 1.195 there is then again a demand market. The 1.207 area could give a stronger pullback upwards. Let's wait and see what happens.

thanks for the nice compliment. The question is not easy to answer, because it depends in particular on the technique that one uses. With the proven Apple technology Mac Pro 8 Core, the price goes up significantly. The Ultra HD screens cost a lot of money. As a beginner, I would first refrain from very high-quality technology, because you will not become a better trader. As an example, take a table tennis world champion, who will play better table tennis with a CD case than we all together with a very good table tennis racket. Many years ago I also started with a laptop and two screens. That's enough to start trading. If you have earned money trading, you can invest. That's the smart way.
