Key Support & Resistance Levels in the current market

Emini S&P bulls unable to gain control as we approach the end of the trading week. We are holding well below our important support levels in the Emini S&P. If we hold here and close below that will be a strong confirmation of a trend reversal. It would also indicate a significant sell signal & likely to trigger a collapse towards 2509/07, 2490/87, 2480/78, & 2475/74.

EURUSD Sell signal.

Sell at 1.2330/50 with a stop at 1.2380

Targets to the downside are 1.2290/80 and then 1.2240

Daily Forecast - 20 February 2018

EURUSD making a break below 1.2395/85 & as we wrote yesterday: IF YOU ARE SHORT, HOLD THE POSITION NOW. I EXPECT SIGNIFICANT FURTHER LOSSES. Holding below 1.2420/1.2400 targets support at 1.2350/40. A bounce from here on the first test is likely but longs are risky. If you try look for 1.2400/10. Stop below 1.2320 & reverse in to a short targeting 1.2280/70 & strong support at 1.2220/00. Exit shorts & try longs with stops below 1.2170. Any recovery is a selling opportunity with resistance at 1.2470/80. Try shorts from here up to 1.2530, with stops above 1.2570. A break above 1.2600 is an unexpected buy signal.

We are approaching our first support in #btcusd at 10400/300. If you had followed our sell signal when we didn't reach/break 12,000 you would have cleared $1,000+ per coin in profits thus far. Look for the market to pause around 10400 before further losses to 10150 & perhaps as far as 9600/500. Below this level would be the best support for the day at 9200/100.

Emini S&P OUTLOOK REMAINS NEGATIVE WITH A VERY GOOD CHANCE WE HAVE STARTED A MEDIUM TERM BEAR TREND. This will be fun...many traders have never seen one & will get destroyed!! Holding first resistance at 2688/90 keeps the pressure on for the best support for today at 2665/60. A WEEKLY CLOSE BELOW HERE IS ANOTHER IMPORTANT SELL SIGNAL. A break below 2658 today targets 2650, 2645, 2635/33 & 2630/29.

Trading levels for dollar pairs over Non Farm Payroll.

AUDUSD key to direction is first support at 7795/90. Holding here again today keeps bulls in control for 7810/15 & 7835/40. On further gains look for 7850 & 7870/80 for profit taking.
Failure to hold above 7795/90 targets minor support at 7760. Longs need stops below 7745 & a break lower targets 7700/95.


NZDUSD first support at 7265/60 & above 7275/80 should re-target the 7310/11 high then minor resistance at 7340. On further gains look for 7361/64 & 7380/84.
First support at 7265/60. Longs need stops below 7240 to target much better support at 7190/80. Watch for a low for the day. A weekly close below here however is an important sell signal.

EURUSD could be forming a very negative head & shoulders top. Key support at 1.2320/10 today. A break below 1.2290 signals a move towards 1.2250/45. Below here we are likely to target 1.2220/10 then mega important support at 1.2175/65. A break below the head & shoulders neckline at 1.2130 is a big sell signal.

Bulls need the pair back above 1.2340 to be in with a chance of a recovery to 1.2400/10. We should struggle here but further gains retest the 1.2430/40 high.

USDJPY shot higher through resistance at 106.60/70 for an important buy signals so try to buy in to longs targeting 107.10/20, 107.45/50 & 107.80/85. Exit longs up to 108.30/40 & try shorts with stops above 108.80.
Buy at 106.60/50, with stops below 106.20. A move below here risks a slide to 106.00 & 105.70/60 before the 105.28/23 low.

USDCAD holding below 1.2910 risks a retest of the low on Tuesday at 1.2860/50. Expect strong support at 1.2830/20 & a good chance of a low for the day but longs need stops below 1.2800. A break lower targets 1.2760 then strong support at 1.2720/10.

Minor resistance at 1.2945/55 then important resistance at 1.2980/1.3000; stops above 1.3030. However be ready to reverse in to a long if shorts are stopped & we close the week above 1.3000. A sustained break above 1.3010 is an important buy signal, initially targeting 1.3035/40 & 1.3065/70.

GBPUSD broke support at 1.3850/45. Outlook negative & below 1.3790 targets 1.3765/55 then the recent low at 1.3715/10. Further losses very important support at 1.3660/40.

A recovery meets strong resistance at 1.3850/60. Try shorts with stops above 1.3900. An unexpected break higher targets 1.3930/35 with a break higher looking for 1.3990/95.

Updated Market Analysis for March 9th 2018

WTI Crude OIL now above 6190/99 for a test of strong resistance at 6280/6300. Shorts need stops above 6330. A break higher however is a buy signal targeting 6385/90 & 2 week high at 6420/25.

First support at 6175/65 but below here risks a slide to 6100.

USDJPY hold longs at 106.60/50 targeting 107.10/20, 107.45/50 & 107.80/85. Exit longs up to 108.30/40 & try shorts with stops above 108.80.
Buy at 106.60/50, with stops below 106.20. A move below here risks a slide to 106.00 & 105.70/60 before the 105.28/23 low.


EURJPY has a very clear reverse head & shoulders on the short term chart. This generates a buy signal on a break above the neckline at 132.00. Targets: 132.45, 133.00/05, 133.40/50 for profit taking on at least half the position, 133.70/80 & finally 134.30/40.
In theory we should find support at 131.10/00 but below here risks a slide to 130.40/35.

Gold Daily Forecast - 14 March 2018


Gold holding 1317/16 allows a recovery to quite strong resistance at 1225/27 & we topped exactly here on Friday, Monday & Tuesday. Further gains however meet stronger resistance at 1333/35. Exit longs here & try shorts at 1339/40, with stops above 1345.

Key to direction is first support at 1317/16; stops below 1312. A break lower is a sell signal targeting support at 1303/01. Try longs with stops below 1296. A break lower is a sell signal targeting the 200 day moving average at 1289/88.

EURUSD topped exactly at quite strong resistance at 1.2400/10 last week then broke strong support at 1.2340/30 for a sell signal but we missed the next target of 1.2250/45 by 9 pips. Below here today meets strong support at 1.2175/65.

There is no more important level this week. Try longs with stops below 1.2130 BUT BE READY TO REVERSE IN TO A SHORT ON A BREAK LOWER.

AUDUSD up one day, down the next in the sideways trend.

Daily Analysis, 27 March 2018

AUDUSD now above minor resistance at 7725/30 to test strong resistance at 7775/85. Try shorts with stops above 7810. A sustained break above 7810. A sustained break above 7810 is a buy signal targeting 7845/50 & minor resistance at 7880/85, where we are likely to pause. Quite good support at 7730/25 could hold the downside but longs need stops below 7710. Key to direction is very important longer term support at 7640/30. Try longs with stops below 7580. A sustained break below 7580 is a sell signal.

WTI Crude we wrote: double top at 6655/65 with negative candles at both peaks acts as a sell signal...is worth trying shorts if we get anywhere near 6625/65...
A truly excellent selling opportunity at 6625/65 as we topped exactly in the middle. No excuses for not being short for the 200 tick sell off to 6453.
OUTLOOK NEGATIVE ON THE SELL SIGNAL UNLESS WE BEAT 6710.

EURJPY daily chart shows us holding below the 200 day moving average now after a sell off through February.

The weekly chart is more interesting. We topped just below A 10 YEAR TREND LINE!!!! The only thing holding us here in the 200 week moving average at 129.50/40.

Bitcoin continues lower exactly as predicted. We have collapsed from 11000/12000 exactly as predicted & the OUTLOOK REMAINS NEGATIVE!!

Daily Forecast March 30th 2018

Bitcoin has collapsed below the low at 7326 hitting next targets of 7180/70, 7000, & 100 pips above the next target of 6700. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I HAVE BEEN PREDICTING FOR WEEKS. We have 8 month trend line support at 6600 so bulls may try to push prices higher from here in oversold conditions.

A break below 6400 however is likely to retest the February low at 5920. A bounce is possible today although longs are risky in the bear trend. If seen , look for 70000/7050 then resistance at 7250/7300. We should struggle here. However a break higher targets 7450/7500 then a selling opportunity at 7650/7700.
