No errors. So what actually happen is, when I set the TP, SL & TS high and the order exit via opposite signal. It does not make an entry on the opposite signal (it Skips the opposite signal). Is there any indicator which gives sound as well as Pop out alert for previous day's HIGH, LOW price cross over?
Can we set it for all Major /Cross Over pairs.. 28 or more pairs.

Hello,
I need to help about calculation smooted moving avarega in excel.I'am using this formula;
SUM1 = SUM(CLOSE, N)
SMMA1 = SUM1/N
SMMA(i) = (SUM1-SMMA1+CLOSE(i))/N
Where:
SUM1 — is the total sum of closing prices for N periods;
SMMA1 — is the smoothed moving average of the first bar;
SMMA(i) — is the smoothed moving average of the current bar;
CLOSE(i) — is the current closing price;
N — is the smoothing period.
Example
Close
1.24908
1.24927
1.24933
1.24929 and i want to calculate smma(3).
SUM1=1.24908+1.24927+1.24933
SMMA1=(1.24908+1.24927+1.24933)/3
SMMAi=(1.24908+1.24927+1.24933)-(1.24908+1.24927+1.24933)/3+1.24929)/3=1.24925

So my result is 1.24925 but the real result is 1.24918. Can you help me how to calculate in excel?

An indicator that will help me draw the harmonic patterns, not the one that draws them for me.

Hello everyone, I would like to ask if anyone could construct an indicator for me please, it's just a remake of the Money Flow Index, (standard indicator on the MT platform) as it stands at the moment it's a line on a sub chart, but if so, I would like to be able to have it as a Coloured Histogram, with the positive colour breaking above 50 and the negative colour breaking below, Lime and Red, (similar to how a Coloured MACD Histogram operates/looks)
Whilst I know you are all doing things free of charge on this thread and are very busy, I do appreciate anyone who is willing help, thank you in advance, Detector.

Trade offset setting of 1 is perfect.

The fractal with alerts indicator is a bit different. Is it possible to add the alerts option on to the LW_Fractals - mod 1 instead.

Hi.

I was just wondering that since price and candlestick on MT4 is always showing bid price, is there any indicator or script or EA that is able to place Stop Loss and Take Profits according to Bid price only regardless of Buy or Sell trades.

This way I believe that the trader will be protected to some extent from stop losses being triggered prematurely when spreads widen.

Can you please create an alerter for this indicator for M15,H1,H4,D1 timeframes or for all timeframes if posible and for all pairs[atleast 4-6 majors]

Dear Genius Programmers ,
Can any of the great programmers on FF help me on my simple request please . i have small simple request would you be kind enough and please add price tag's to the upper , middle & lower TMA indicator please with an option of hiding or showing all three price lables the price should be according to the direction of the TMA at that specific time. Even if you are not able to add option of hiding or showing all three price lables thats ok but the least i am expecting that price tags or price lables should be added to the indicator hope you will help me . Your Help , cooporation & coordination will be higly appriciated . Thank You in advance .

However there is a small problem.

The indicator actually repaints but the alert sounds immediately after the arrow appears.

For example if an up arrow forms on the high of a current candle but the next candle forms a higher high, the arrow will disappears thus giving a false alert.

Is it possible to time the alert only if the arrow remains after the close of the next candle? The arrow will not repaint once the next candle closes and does not form a higher high in the case of an up arrow or lower low in the case of a down arrow.

These is my immediate reevaluation observation.

1. A down arrow fractal is formed on bar 1 - no alert is fired.
2. Bar 2 is formed and forms a lower lower than bar 1 - the down fractal arrow at bar 1 disappears and appears at bar 2 - no alert is fired.
3. Bar 3 is formed and forms a lower low than bar 2 - the down fractal arrow at bar 2 disappears and appears at bar 3 - no alert is fired.
4. Bar 4 is formed and at close forms a higher low than bar 3 - An alert is activated and fires at the open of bar 5.
5. Bar 5 fires the alert and immediately forms a higher high than bar 4 and an up fractal arrow appears at bar 5 or bar 4 already has a higher high than bar 3 and an up arrow immediately appears on bar 4 at open of bar five.
6. The firing of the alert at the open of bar 5 and the instantaneous forming of the fractal arrow at bar 5 or bar 4 gives the impression that the indicator has fired immediately the up fractal arrow has formed.
7. This is not the case - the indicator fired because bar 4 formed a higher low than bar 3 but will only fire at the open of bar 5.

I've observed the above cycle some number of times and repeated arrows forming without the indicator firing an alert until a fractal is formed.

However, I do not regard my observations as absolutely conclusive and will, pending time, observe further and come back on any issues.

Comment as far as the alert firing is concerned:

The alert image is shot after the alert markers for differentiating MT4 Fractal from LW Fractal were removed.
The alerts are an exact match with the top of the matching pair being the MT4 and the lower the LW.

As far as LW repainting is concerned I don't have time to investigate further.
The alert code is completely removed from the core code and is not responsible the repainting - both non-alert and alert LW Fractal repaint.

I am currently trading using this way (screenshot1) and comparing this method with BB combined with CCI period 14 is less risky (screenshot2)
