shooting from the hip 2370,, but I think today's low may be tested since it was a lower L close. if it drops more, 2370 level will drop with it.. Still care 1.2150-1.2070 band.if it will hold and and could reverse... towards 2590 2615 will be best Target to short. Possible . Weekly fibo levels support it.

Powell will speak at 10am est. tomorrow, 1.5 hr before L closes.. it may be hard for L to bounce since he is pretty hawkish, unless he changes his tune...
also for reference, see 2018 voters, most are hawks...

I got in my mind 2266 mini n/2370 bigger n too. Keeping my eyes on them now.

it has now tested the lows and made a newer low. now, if it would close next L day above 2195. it has that chance to bounce. that is when you get the stronger bounces. this is what happened weeks ago when it made the HH at 255x.. It never closed above 2506...


that Friday the week made a higher week close 244x, month 2421. it did go higher on the week after that close. it went above 2506 after those closes. but it was unable to hold the day close above 2506.. it was bullish then, like bearish now. it should remain bearish. I was showing where to take some caution if it didn't hold 2195.. I am not saying its bullish. pa is in a mid point area on 3495 chart. the midpoint for 3495 is 1917... the um at 2103.. upper level 2289.. 2196 in the middle. so be cautious if we start closing above the previous day
