GBPPLN strong weekly demand level around 4.65 in control, pretty decent move away created the imbalance, Longs at new daily demand zones created as a reaction to current weekly demand imbalance.

Trend--
1. Monthly Trend is up,
2. Weekly trend down as broke CP Line
3 . Daily Down broke cp line

Price -
1. at weekly Cp demand
2. At daily cp demand

According to rule when daily demand broken then Cp can not be used for unless it is nested higher time frame Demand here it is nested in weekly Cp Demand.
But that also broken so we cant use this daily nested in weekly. Right???

Now daily bounce from that level;
so now what will be choice
1. Confirmation type of trade or
2. New fresh demand need to be created on Daily to enter or
3. Wait for monthly level of demand ?

Like I said in previous post, if you use the Sunday candle it is broken, I don't use it. It doesn't really matter because the big picture trend is bullish. Cheers, Alfonso

Buying after such a strong bullish impulse on the monthly is not allowed as per the core supply and demand core rules, do NOT buy after a strong rally in price. Cheers, Alfonso

Hi all,
AUDNZD
here we have a couple of h1 and h4 supply zones embedded in a daily supply zone BUT we have a loss of downward momentum, moreover we have an upward momentum on h1 and h4 time frames. Does this mean that we have to wait for a confirmation entry i.e. wait for the break of the trendlines, what do you think?

I am sorry to inform you that you've broken the rules in this supply and demand post. No timeframes lower than H4 are allowed, you posted a H1 chart. That means you have not read the first post where those rules are clearly explained. I have nothing against you, it's just the rules. I'm very sorry

Forex cross pair EURJPY is dropping on the weekly and creating new supply levels at 134.9 for potential shorts. It is quite a wide zone and they are usually penetrated deeper so expect a reaction but deeper into the level. In a downtrend supply imbalances are respected and demand zones and levels are removed. Short bias on EURJPY.

Forex cross pair audjpy is dropping strongly on the daily and creating brand new supply levels at 83.5 for potential shorts. Price has created strong candle imbalances as it departs from the zone that show us strong supply for shorts. In a downtrend supply zones are respected and demand levels and imbalances are removed. Short bias at around 83.5 at daily supply level.

Forex cross pair EURSEK is rallying and creating brand new weekly demand imbalances for potential longs. We have a great imbalance at 9.91 for potential longs, the level has a great move away and nothing to the left. In an uptrend supply levels are removed and demand zones and imbalances are respected. Long bias right now on EURSEK.

Hello Alfonso,
I have a question about zones in control. Rules are clear, but what if I start to draw a chart from scratch and try to determine which zone is in control? On the chart below, let's suppose that demand zone 2 is drawn like it is and it was almost tested by the pinbar but it really was not. The upper DZ 3 also was not tested. But because the SZ 1 was broken, it is logical to assume, a demand zone IS in control (DZ 3 which was validated by breaking SZ 1). Or should I go deeper in history to find the last tested zone, be it supply od demand? Thank you.

The imbalance or zone in control is always the last one that has been tested, always the last one. Cheers, Alfonso

I reckon the circled line is the demand thats been tested.

No, that level is not tested. I found the last tested demand in october 2015 (its AUDCAD Daily chart).
