Disliked{quote} For some reason they keep believing that I am trying to sell them something... btw, you want to chat on some mobile app instead? Would be easier to share LIVE calls. I notice we are both very similar in the sense that we are hunting for quick intraday pips...or did I remember wrong/interpret your posts wrongly on the other forum?Ignored
Disliked{quote} not wrong, lol, my trading time is 1-2 hrs on a train ride sometimes, thats really all i can do, as my day job already took all my time, been working from 9am to 9pm nearly every day for the last 2-3 months. but i do rotate out my exposure to slowly tone the risk down using the triangular arbitrage relationship, so its not that fast. nothing better than using the dealers trick against em. anyway if you visit the taf thread here you will know how i trade, my trading skills come from there.Ignored

Disliked{quote} There is some desperation, but i try to meditate for 5mins before trading just to clear my, best not to bring negative thoughts and baggages into trading. Its definitely a long game, but to me, a job or career is a meaningless thing, unless its trading, its where office politics are and where people scheme to get ahead and it brings a very bad mindset to trading. To me trading is number 1, if the job gets in the way the job goes. Because your boss valuate you on his perception of how well he thinks you do, it need not be based on how well...Ignored

Disliked{quote} I remember FTI. Good guy. You are right about being a wage slave. There is a strong desire to escape. And if you are in your 20's you can escape, when you are 40. Don't let your desperation derail you. Play the long game always.Ignored
DislikedHi CookieMonsta My friend be very careful if you are thinking about dealing with these types of firms, I have no personal experience to draw from but I have seen some horror stories about them convincing traders to give them more money or just not paying them at all and keep dangling the it will happen tomorrow carrot to get them to continue to trade for them. Bottom line is if you make money for someone they should pay you, not the other way around. I dare say there are some genuine prop firms out there, but I do not think they will pay you 50%...Ignored
DislikedHit loss limits for the day. Volatility is off the charts. Seems like i mismanaged the position, so to protect book, took loss at position limit. Entered draw down of -0.5%. Hmm, terrain is a wide volatility terrain which exceeds my mm to handle, have to figure out how to handle such cases better when volatility shifts against mm. {image} {image}Ignored
