Scaling out. And I begin to be very tired... as usual at this hour.

I hope there is a time for directional strenght today... waiting for NY lads

Another good matter for a meditation.

Is it possible for one single man sitting at his home-desk with his computer to tame the Market Beast?
How to take advantage (at our best) of the infinite opportunities that Mother Market offers every day?
Which limits, boundaries, dangers of any kind, we have to consider and ponder on?
What could our own “Trading Universe” be?

I have a certain age. And of course clear “physical limitations”. (Don't joke on this one... too easy!)
For many days in a row I wasn't able to follow the market in her turn beyond a certain hour... and yet I saw the next strong move coming!
Too many hours of screen...
Too many hours of stress: trading, cutting images and posting live...
Rarely I'm able to go beyond Frankfurt's close, considering the fact that my job starts, every day, well before the Opening Bell.
Maybe I can go on for half an hour beyond that Close, but not more.
So sad.

What about a War Room in a bank or in a fund with tons of traders and super fast machines?
Different competences (and different men) on strategy/analysis and physical negotiations...
Three or four shifts all around the clock...
Junior and Senior Traders and staff...
All sort of internal support and multilevel control...

Oh my, what comparison is this?

P.S. Each trader has to deeply think about his proper balance/equilibrium.
What does it mean “Trading for a Living” if I want to trade safely with low/no leverage and my ant-job horizon?

You know... I spent so many years trying to learn how to move INSIDE the oscillations...
that now I really hate the strong directional move!
They are not tradable to me... not so profitable (to me) as a good, well-formed Elliot Waves Cycle.
Question of style and technique, of course.

Actually, there are some very personal aspects in Trading that can't be denied.

sorry I didnt mean a straight line- I cant trade those too... I mean, sometimes you can feel the directional strenght and when it lines up with your chart you can catch those tiny oscillations and hope for a runner
