Welcome to our blog and I am very happy if the information in this blog help you.
Forecasting the EURUSD this week would be 50% correct and 50% wrong.

Basically, I believe that the EURUSD is in a higher bull phase this year. Now he could be in a slightly stronger correction.
I have described in great detail from the blog 302. Therefore, I rather assume a medium-term downtrend. However, as the price of a currency varies greatly due to various factors, the Equilibrium helps to bring some light into the dark room.
Please read through the posts from 302 onwards.



The GBPUSD currently correlates strongly with the EURUSD. In the last 166 days in the 4H chart to 86% and in the last 3 days even to 96%. Of course, that will not stay that way, but it's a signal that the euro and British pound are similar to the dollar.
Take a look at the chart of the GBPUSD.



From June 2002 (point 1), demand dominated supply by the end of 2007, with a strong pullback, of course. In 2008 (point 2) there was a half-year equilibrium, after which demand dominated strongly until 1.457. Although the course ran until 1.34 but was repeatedly strongly rejected. Then there was a large sideways range and mid-2014 (Punkt3) dominated the offer again. At point 4 the offer dominated after a small pullback. After that, the course went back to Zone 4 and you could assume that perhaps there will be a setback until the blue zone until the demand gets stronger again.

Since I am unfortunately not busy with the GBPUSD and I also have too little data (from 1993), I can not make any clear statements.



On the daily chart, it looks like demand could dominate supply in the yellow circle and that the light blue line is a drag.
With a safe equilibrium for me, I start my trades. I have published an example in block 320.

If I am not sure, and unfortunately that is often the case, identify my equilibrium, plot it in the chart, and then wait to see how the price is in that range. From this I can pull my shots and try to find in a smaller timeframe with the help of Equilibrium a good introduction to the overall trend.

I am very pleased that you are getting ahead and become more successful. As mentioned earlier, this is a matter of time. With the order types, every new trader has problems at the beginning, that's normal. But that is crucial for the trade.

There are 6 main types of orders: Buy Limit, Buy Stop, Sell Limit, Sell Stop, Buy Stop Limit and Sell Stop Limit. The first 4 should be enough to get you started.

In addition to supply, demand and the identification of the Equilibrium, a fast order is often required, with which you can get into the market immediately.



When I started working with the Metatrader the order opening for a Swingscalper was very cumbersome (point 1). Until all the values had been registered, some time passed. A small relief was the 1 click trade (point 2) in the Metatrader, which did not satisfy me though.
At some point, the brokers started to provide small mini-terminals (point 3). The big problem: The stop could only be placed in the market after the order. As a long-term trader, this is less tragic, for a swing scalper yet.

A few years ago, I discovered the VR steals, a trading panel that was still in its infancy at the time, but already significantly better than the Metatrader variant. In the middle of 2014 I became aware of the 3rd version. That was a breakthrough for fast trading.

The screen remains very clear and efficient. The order execution is very fast, although this depends mostly on the broker. When you place an order, all relevant data that you have previously determined are included directly. This saves a lot of time. Stop and take profit lines can easily be moved at any time.
A little thing on the edge. There are brokers that allow scalping, but the smallest stop is 4 pip. If I place a limit order, it must be at least 4 pip away from the current price, otherwise it can not be placed. That annoyed me then, because I think a stop should be used individually. In the same way, you should be able to set a limit of 0.1 pip from the price if you want to.

Of course, this is possible in the futures market, which is more difficult in the CFD market, but there are brokers there too who grant this opportunity.
In certain situations, I find guaranteed stops very important, an example was the crash in EURCHF 2013th. Today, you would risk a maximum of your account, but at least no further money to pay. Therefore, make sure that you can decide when a guaranteed stop is important and when you can do without it. Since there are many brokers, you have enough choice.

the question is justified, however, calculates this indicator to my knowledge, the strength of the respective currency, which regularly varies widely. The currency strength says nothing about how much the price is now rising or falling. Therefore, I would be careful to make a statement here.

Not every equilibrium is meaningful. It just means that there is a balance in the market. Anyway, this is more likely to happen today because the banks in the US have a holiday. That does not mean that today does not happen anymore.

You have to pay attention to supply and demand. Equilibrium can become important when equilibrium arises and there is a high demand or supply. The challenge now is to figure out when that balance will be crucial. And you can only get that out by drawing in your lines and watching the course.

Where does the EURUSD path lead us?

If we look at 2014 in the 4-H chart at point 1, supply dominates demand. This dominance goes with small pullbacks up to point 4. At point 4, there is then a strong uncertainty and the price continues to fall.



In 2018, it looks like this. At the moment the price fluctuates around the line 2. If the course manages to get over the line 1 sustainably and then recognizes the line 1 as a resistance, the bull is up to 1,288 little in the way.
If the course crosses line 3 and recognizes it as resistance, the course could run to line 4. Between point 3 and point 4, we expect a strong demand market.



At the beginning of 2010 there was a demand market from point 1 to point 4. In the short term the price went from point 1 to point 2. Then the supply dominated the demand and the price went to point 3. This point happened to be our current resistance point A.
In May 2012 there was again a demand market from point 5 to point 7, whereby the first move went to point 6. Demand dominates supply in this zone.
From point 7 to point 8, supply dominated again and prices fell. After two pullbacks, the market went down. At the end of 2016, when everyone thought that parity was not far away, buyers came to the market and bought everything.
Now we stand at the point A. The range 1.288 on the top and 1.162 on the bottom. Looking at demand and supply, it should not go above or below this zone in the medium term.

If the price is going up now, it will end at 1.288. After that, the supply market will start the range between A and B. If the course now runs to point B, the demand comes at point B. That would be enough to bring the course to the 1.288. There will be a pullback, which should not be so strong.
Then the way to the 1,399 would be free, and there will be some pullbacks along the way.
This is pure speculation and my opinion due to the situation of supply or demand. However, there are endless possibilities that will come in between and therefore it will certainly be different.

Now we are back to the point. First of all, I need a rough goal. Then I set myself intermediate goals and at the very end I go into the fine structure.
The fine structure is the smaller time units with the task of identifying and implementing the right equilibrium.
And that's where we're going to start this year to make it easier to reach one goal or another.

Unfortunately I can not predict if the course will stop you. If it had been my trade, I would have zeroed the bet and let it go. If you are stopped out, you may be annoyed but have not lost anything. And there are enough new opportunities. However, you have to make that decision yourself as a trader. Maybe the Post Nr.336 will help you a little bit further. But the idea was perfect.

Here is an appraisal of the current situation in EURUSD.



The two high points that EURUSD has formed in the last 4 weeks may be responsible for a larger downtrend. When the course went to point 1, there was a brief pullback, but the price formed not a new high. Therefore, at point 1, the supply was so strong that the price ran to 1.22. Then demand dominated, the price formed a new high and then the supply dominated again.



In 2014 you can see the price going until 1.22, after which demand dominates. After the yellow line has reached a strong downtrend followed. This means that supply dominates demand.



Normally, I do not work with slanted lines, but for clarity, I make a small exception today.
Pay attention to points 1, 3 and 5. These points were the beginning where supply dominated demand. Points 2 and 4 were the beginning where demand dominated supply. Right next to point 2 there is a large equilibrium with a demand zone.

In my opinion, the price could rise again at point A to point B and then it goes further south. Currently this is my opinion. However, since we had just equilibrium in the 5 M chart, the market opening in London could also create a short-term uptrend.

That's why it's important to keep an eye on the price chart, draw in its zones and then make a decision.
