The basket of Ethereum, Bitcoin, Ripple, and Litecoin are still looking bullish. I need to find a central way to chart them, its not the best quality. Living in the U.S. forces me to go offshore to find a broker who charts them. I am using Instaforex.com as a demo broker. I have these on a Meta4 platform. It's a shoestring situation, the feed gets cut in high violently. To make a long story short. I dont have the exact GMT close on December 31, 2017. Looking at some charts it's a little above 250 for Litecoin. If anyone has a source with better charting. Please enlighten me.
#1 Litecoin near the current high is, probably near the 2017 close. Litecoin certainly looks more bullish in the basket. Not lost in the last 10 days analysis. But here at/near the 2017 close may change that to less bullish. Litecoin may drop some there. It could possibly retreat at that Resistance. In the 250+ area. Being bullish into resistance may not end well.
#2 Ripple has a day close above the January close. I dont have the exact 2017 close for it either. I think its well above current pa at around 1.50$. I dont think the 2017 close is affecting it yet. Both Litecoin and Ripple being above January close levels. Lead me to call them stronger than Ethereum and Bitcoin.
#3 Bitcoin is ranked higher than Ethereum. Just because it has challenged the January close (Ethereum hasn't ). The month close is represented by the yellow line on all the charts.
#4 Ethereum Is well below the yellow line comparably to the others.
All are still bullish on the day/weekly closing, advancing higher. 2-3 are fighting monthly closes. While Litecoin is fighting a yearly close. The outcome of this fight is not yet known. Pa may stagnate here for a while. I think litecoin year close resistance has a better shot of being stronger than the others resistance. It may force litecoin to lose the #1 ranking. The ranking is based on % of move. Ripple may pass it. I am thinking short term . All 4 are near resistance. Etherium the weakest atm, has room before reaching January close resistance. Depending how you look at it, it's the weakest or the one with the most to gain short term.
Bottom line: Things could change in Litecoin's rise soon, near 2017 close level. And depending on the January close level holding. Things could change short term for now in the others. Things look bullish. I personally would be more neutral here.
