How do I find a doji or a strength in the market

Gladly you get the indicator and a detailed description of how I proceeded here.



First, create a new chart image in 4H time unit. The beam color should be completely in dark gray, because of the better overview.



Open the indicator under "General" and replace the number 100 with the number 5.



Under "level" enters the number 4.8, color red with a thick line.
Under "Color" please enter the color white with size 5.



If you now enlarge the image view, it should look like my picture. The smaller the white bar, the sooner it is a balance. The red line shows me where to put the white bar, so that it represents a balance for me. If you reduce the number 5, then automatically the number of equilibria decreases, but increases the accuracy of the display.

These are not always perfect Doji, but they are balances. And I finally wanted to find that.

If you enter the numbers 50 and 100 under "level", you can see, the higher the bar is the smaller the shadow of the candle. With the number 100 one finds a pure candle body without wick, which expresses a strength. With this indicator, the candle thickness and the candle weakness on the screen can be displayed.
If you add the momentum indicator in addition, you can draw very interesting conclusions.



In the 4H chart you can see a strong momentum at point 1, but the candle strength is still low as the bears push the price from high to close. The candle at point 2 is already much stronger, at point 3 creates a balance and uncertainty.

The bearish candle point 4 has momentum and strength, the pullback point 5 also has momentum but very little strength. There is also an Equilibrium, clearly visible in a smaller timeframe. This information suggests that it is likely to continue downhill.

At point 6 comes the confirmation to stay in the market as long as the strength of the bears prevails and the course reaches a decisive equilibrium.



Unfortunately, since this indicator only has one color, you can simply set the indicator Ticks Separate Volume below it with the setting as shown in the picture. The indicator is to be downloaded in Post 193.

I think the thread: How do I find a doji or a strength in the market will certainly help you, because a large candle does not mean that it also brings strength. As you said yourself, watching individual candles is difficult in the current market. This makes it easier to have a view of the whole thing.

the Tick Seperate Volume shows you only the candle size. Enter the 0 in the numerical input and the 0.001 on the right. Then you pull down the two indicators so you have a bigger screen. Color the bars of the Destiny indicator in dark gray. That gives you a better overview.

What happens in EURUSD?

There are three phases in a market.

Customers find a product interesting and start buying wildly. The dealer does not follow with the delivery. So the prices rise because everyone wants the product. The demand is thus greater than the supply.

At some point, many customers have the product and it creates a balance. Equilibrium arises because supply is just as strong as demand.

The product is now on the shelf, because most customers have already bought. The dealer lowers the price to get rid of the product. So the supply is bigger than the demand.The dealer lowers the price until a balance is created and then the whole game starts again.

The situation is similar on the stock exchange, where every trader acts as buyer and seller. That makes things a bit more complicated. Even more dramatic is that we compete comparatively as a small dealer against the department store giant Walmart.

In order to anticipate possible price developments, we must look in the price chart for these supply zones and demand zones.
In the monthly chart you can not always easily recognize these supply zones and demand zones. This is due to the time a candle is made. These candles often deceive us traders.

At the moment point 2 is interesting for us. Where is the course going?

Let's take a look first to point 1. There we see between 1.26 and 1.25 a supply zone, that is, the supply outweighs the demand. This offer zone goes up to 1.207 / 1.199 and to 1.179. Of course, this supply zone then continues to 1.03, however, this supply zone has already been adjusted by a demand zone.
At point 3 we see in the zones 1,179 and 1,207 / 1,199 that the demand is greater than the supply. This zone could be interesting again.
Yesterday, the price has risen sharply and is now entering the crucial resistance zone that has already been run twice. The fact is, if the price hits an offer zone, it will go down. This zone is in my opinion between 1.25 and 1.26. If the price hits a quote zone there, it will go back and possibly try again.
Then the zones 1,207 / 1,199 or 1,179 could become interesting.

If we look at point 4 we see that there is again a strong supply zone there. Thus, one could assume that the price could approach this zone during the year.
Now it's time to keep an eye on this 1.25 to 1.26 zone to possibly take the downtrend. Our problem is the big players, who like to trade without competition up or down. Therefore, there are often wrong signals to cause confusion.
There was a great deal of uncertainty in the Asian area tonight, which is very nice to see here.



Let's wait until we get started and we might benefit from a supply zone.

Try this setting once.



You have to introduce the indicator as follows.

Between 0 and 50 he shows you weak candles, so candles have a long wick.

Between 50 and 100 he shows you the stronger candles to which a smaller wick.

I wanted to filter out the strongest candles here, so I chose the setting 50 to 100.

For the Doji you take the setting 0 to 5

The problem of candles

a certain candle says nothing about future price movements, candle formations as well. Let's do a test.

We take a bullish candle that goes from high to low 50 pip. The candle body is 30 pip, the shadows 10 pip each. I dyed the upper wick in red, as the course went from high to close down when the candle was finished. So for all candles, the top wick should always be red and the bottom wick always green. He is, however, shown neutral because the course first ran from close to high and then again to close. However, looking at the finished candle, the bears had the last word on the top wick and the bull on the bottom wick.

Now there are many ways that the price moves within a certain time frame in the candle. I have two options to choose from.
The question is: In which course (a or b) would they continue to bet on rising prices.
Which probability is greater that the price increases?

Which probability is greater that the course falls?

Now there are many theories and answers. The correct answer is: I do not know. Crucial for this is the course before it, but this helps only conditionally.



The doji is a weak candle because investors are uncertain where to go, the candle next to it symbolizes strength. The Open and Low as well as the Close and High are at an altitude. Here it was agreed that the course goes up. In daily business, one can not exactly analyze every single candle. The density indicator shows this strength very nicely. The range is from 0 to 100. The more this indicator reaches 0 the weaker the candle, the more it gets to 100, the stronger the candle.



In the 15 M Chart EURUSD you can see 3 beautiful examples. On January 12, 2018, a strong bullish candle is formed. The course is rising. On January 15, 2018, a strong bullish candle will again be created and the price will rise. On January 16, 2018, the bearish candle is not that strong and the price drops a bit.
Unfortunately, this does not always work, but you get clues that should be compared with other circumstances. This is also an auxiliary indicator, as the name suggests, it helps me, but not always.

As a Scalper, I have had very good experiences in the 20 second chart. Try it and make your own experiences.

Guidelines that help me to move forward

How do I deal with the Equilibrium?


Dear Traders,

Today I want to show you an example of what to look for when you have identified an Equilibrium.



On 16.01.18 I have identified and drawn an equilibrium at point 1. The course then went up during the night and again formed a POC. When I looked at the course in the morning, you could see that the falling price did not touch my line and started a pullback. After that, the course came to my zone. Acting up here seemed to me to be insecure because we had a supply market. That was later confirmed to me. So I had to wait until the evening. I placed a sell limit order in my zone with a 6 pip stop. The price triggered my sell limit order. I put my take profit on point 4, since I assumed that on my line at point 1 again demand in the market comes. When the price went down 20 pip, I set my stop to zero without risk. I am then out a little earlier, because it was a bit unsafe in the market and I wanted to go to bed.

Of course I could have taken 120 Pip, but with 65 Pip I was very satisfied. Not that you think that's always going so well. There were many cases where my limit order was not triggered, I was stopped or the course came back completely. However, my stops are between 4 to 8 pip. If I'm stopped out I can accept that. When dealing with the Equilibrium, the stops can be a bit smaller, since the range in which the course change takes place can be calculated well.
As Swingscalper I want small stops and the highest possible risk ratio. The longer I am in the market, the less I can estimate where the market is going, and that increases my risk. That's why I'm only in the market for a short time, but I trade with higher contracts. I have tried many systems. The best was and is the Equilibrium. This system comes closest to my optimal way of acting.

At the beginning of my trader career, I have traded only a few seconds or minutes. I took my take profit too early and stayed in it too long when the course went against me. That cost a lot of money. Much back and forth means empty pockets. Therefore, do accurate analysis using the POC, making small stops and then running until an offer or demand zone returns. So you can calculate your trades quite well. This does not always work, but the traders always have a plan B in their pockets.

In the picture you can see very well that it is advantageous to let the market come by rather than run after the market.
