I am not convinced that using TP stops is a good idea when using EquityLock, when you happen to capture a good run the TPs will stop you taking advantage of it. I believe some SL (0.4-1.0 maybe) setting is still OK though to stop reversals going too far, that way you reduce your losses but let your profits run.
I am really getting to like the 3 screen...I have had it turning consistent profits all week the HAS+2MA has done the same

And this is where I sit at the end of a very profitable week...I am going to re-install mt4 over the weekend and keep the settings I have now.

Good results, yes I think 3Screen has great potential, I see you are using the ATR SL feature which is a good idea to prevent swings going against you too far. Can I ask which version of 3screen are you running (1,2 or 3)?

I am running 3screen V2...and it works very well.

I don't have a v3 copy of 3screen and I might be missing something but may have avoided a complication ??

Well, may you are much right...So this was the thing what happened today. I played around with starting time and focused to the much precise daily start of LO...Is this the thing now? edit: if we can handle this as only 1 basket a day and win consistently, then we actually need no other greedy actions anymore.

I do not know exactly why but whenever I load this pin my mt4 hangs..even my laptop is a superior one. Do I need to clean something to release the Cpu ram, puh..

You had amazing week congratulations. May I will next week re-install this stuff also to a normal (not renko) again and experience the situation you get.

Great work, but could you please share a few more details, like you have two PIN's running what are your two PINs you are using and what settings are they? Are the PIN charts also running at 15mins? Is the Basket of pairs you are using always the same? If not how do you select the Basket?

I believe version 2 is good, v3 adds "Add Act" to the PIN. I've been running version 1 but it has demonstrated some errors, despite these errors I am also in profit after 3weeks. Next week I will test version 2 with 25pip Renko, although the 3Screen PIN was originally designed for normal 4hour charts. What I cannot see on your screenshots is what exit criteria you are using?

You could try building a fresh MT4 terminal or just try a small Basket of pairs first. Otherwise running 3screen V2 on normal charts should still work well, my original tests with 3Screen were with 4hr charts and they worked well for a number of weeks. I think Bobpot's ADR SL 0.5 idea is a good option to prevent wrong selections going too far.

I finished the week in profit for my HAS+2MA, however, my settings were not the same during the week I was altering the EquityLock settings and the Casino start/stop times. Next week I will use the same settings for the whole week, I will be away for the 1st 3 days, so I hope there is no power blackouts.

I have good feelings so far for 1 basket a day, it is really reachable in most of times. It should also reach it, becasue otherwise for what stays the trends for? Also the start time together with the TP and SL equity is all what to need to be correct, my last 4 days are 3 wins +1 lost for 1 basket and this happened by playing around with the start time even. So it is really possible 1 basket 1 session why not. lets see in continue

here is my breakdown for last week...

Guppy -5.77 everyone says guppy is great but I cant get it working and stopped it after 5 trades

GAP -11.61 I had bad settings and it was not a good test.

3 screen V2 40.02 Again playing with settings and will have to keep testing but low DD and a good profit.

HAS + 2MA 93.94 The money maker this week I set it up and let it run but I am going to be making adjustments and have different tests running.

Getting a good system together takes a lot of thought and work and time to test it. I am going to be running my test on 3 platforms this week and will not alter any settings. The 3 platforms will provide me good info 2 are going to be running ATM with different stop setting and one will be Casino with entry masks for Has + 2MA. It is TET holiday in Vietnam this week so I will not be able to monitor all the events but just let it run over a 24 hr setting ans see how it performs over the whole week.
I am back in the big city after a month away. I stopped running ptrade e on Tuesday this week. My account was taking a big hit after two weeks of nothing but losses.

Thank you you guys who are posting your results with what settings you’re using. I wish some of you others would post screenshots of your settings being tested. It doesn’t help anyone if you’re posting just the casino pic. You are just causing people to reinvent or do the exact test over and over. Please share your settings so we all can improve our results. We should share everything like Seller9 has done for us.

Here are my settings for ATM v3 though you may have to change the Equity Lock settings by adding en extra 0...it depends on your broker.
you also have to rename the files to .set

I am placing the 3screen on a 4hr chart and the Has+2ma (ptradercalls) on a 1hr chart

I am not running any extra criteria with 3 screen v2 just my ADR stop at 0.2

So I'm assuming because you do not have any Take profit criteria for 3Screen, that you close trades manually to gather your profits? I say that because in your setup you have this:

Use_Plugin_TSL_Exit=false
Use_Plugin_TP_Exit=false
Use_Add_To_Trade=true

Which tells Casino to ignore all exit signals coming from 3Screen, so trades cannot exit by themselve unless they hit the SL. BTW v2 does not generate signals for the "Use_Add_To_Trade" option, that was added in V3.

Generally for 3Screen you set TSL_Exit and TP_Exit to true, so that trades close when the reverse swing signal occurs to secure any profits.

I am setting my equity lock and that is all I am using, there is no manual trading. I am unsure of the correct settings so I am running one setup with the plugin TSL and TP exit set to true.
