Tomorow I will try something very basic to the above setting. It should work from the tokyo till middle of london ...Ny can stay away becasue after NY everything can change very positive or negative side. But the bias of the normal run from tokyo till middle of LO is usual same, let me see if so tomorrow..

You need to remember that the trend direction is based on time based charts as there are no renko Charts that are time based, so they will differ.

Even though you are trading a renko Chart for the entry point the overall trend direction to trade in the market for that pair is determined from a time based chart.

The time based chart gives you the direction to trade and the Renko Chart will give you the entry point in the direction shown by the time based chart.

Agreed Seller9 which is why I included the time based charts in my examples on post #1894 to show the anomalies.

Your missing the point, those are the last "SWING" points on those time frames, they could be showing pullbacks in that time frame, they do not show the overall direction of the market for that pair on that time frame, only swing points, swing points can go either way regardless of the overall direction, as in a pull back in a longer trend. The pair could be in an up trend on the D1 but you could get a DOWN arrow showing a possible pullback or maybe even a trend reversal.
Put the swing indicator on these time frame charts and you will see how it can change even when the pair continues an up or down trend. This is not a long term trend indicator, it is a swing indicator as can also be seen on the Renko Chart as it changes even though the chart may be in a up or down trend as seen with the eye.

Nice to see you I am so impressed by you and three other members in this forum it just saddens me I wasn't aware of such great minds and of this forum if their is anything you would like me to do with this ea i can sure make it happen I've already perfected your other works and I'm looking forward to not miss out on this one.

Ok, that explains it. I assumed that the Weekly and Daily indicators on the 3 Screen PIN were looking at the current direction of the candle in their respective timeframes which is why things weren't lining up for me. Now that I know that it's based on the last swing, it makes sense. Having looked at the entry points for trades that have had some big DD over the past 2 weeks, if the PIN was looking at the current candle direction for D1/W1 rather then the swing, it would not have taken those trades. I'll keep doing some analysis on the other trades winning/losing to see if perhaps current candle direction vs swing would potentially produce better results.

it looks fine . May I ask you how it does continue. On your screen I could not see which pin it was, probably Has+2Ma ? And also the TP and SL function you have used may you can describe a bit more so we have some better overview to improve if possible. Thank you wish you best luck..

Something went correct, I blindly opened today a new test account with that advise. Will look closer tomorrow

I expect many who have Casino test running should have made good results yesterday, with many pairs trending. My test for 3screen with 50pip Renko also went well, but had a large DD last week which was recovered early in Asian session, then some very nice swings later in the day:

my new HAS+2MA settings now include MOM and %inc and also worked very well, capturing some big trends that are still going (note I did not originally have Equity lock set, I set it later to preserve Profit):

Hi Everyone,

Finally back after a long summer break here in NZ.

I have been running a couple of tests with pretradecalls pin. Unfortunately it has been a bit sparatic!

I reset it all yesterday running two configs on two time frames. One config is with Standard Settings and the other is using HAS on the confirm chart as well as MA. The second setup seems to be fairing a little better but then it has only been a day!

I have attached the pics below. I am also running the 1HR with HAS Confirm on a live account, fingers crossed!

Well yur has+2ma set is very interesting also including the MOM and inc, is somehow playing a big role maybe. May only for this reason I have to switch again to v72a. Mayve it was also a good decision not to have Equity lock active from beginning. So we have again an interesting setup idea thanks to you. I have an idea , you go on with inc and Mom and I do without. I also will not active the tp Equity and Sl Equity. . I will start from Tokyo around. Lets compare yours and mine so we will have an idea in end of the run of which one would be may better.

I start with this after 15 minutes , so we can compare after end of day our results. The Has+2ma is as same as yours, but mine without any lock of SL or TP, so we can see the most transparent performance in compare with your filters. Good luck.

Without Equity Lock and use Basket equity maybe better with trying to catch the bigger runs, remember I still have HAS exit active as a SL anyway. Just could still get big DD. So I have set DD limit it to $200 and my BE to $300 (i've always considered this a good weekly 1st target).

Update: I've decided to still use Equity Lock, but now with a broader setting 300/200 which is similar to my Basket Exit I would normally use. That way it gives it a chance to run on when the trends are in our favour.

Thanks again to Ptrader,JustUncleL and seller9 for a system that seems to be working well. I have switched to ATM but still trying to get Casino to work on trading and GAP, its just that ATM uses less CPU...but its going good at the moment...

Thats great, so today we have actual a chance to compare the performance with yours MOM, inc, BE and Equity Lock and mine without all of them.. My HAS exit is also active by the way. In the moment since Tokyo I have no opened trades, so we wait. And also you are right the BE and Equity lock is one of the very important Money Management criteria and has to be used wisely. It needs to be implement with best possible parameters because otherwise the long trend can be disturbed. So now we wait to trade and see what happening.

edit: the rollercoaster has started without any extra filters enabled, so we can see in end of the day if we will have decent trades and can improve with additional filters. The up and down will show us hopefuly (it will be not a weekly or monthly overview, but it will be definitly something)

We continue, it is still not end of day and probably I will update few hours later.
We can see that Tokyo was empty and all starts after FRA, NY entering was shaking down almost all profit but now we have again the same power like London session.

Seems like it will be as best as we trade only 1 session till Ny start and should adjust the best possible Basket Tp Equity and Equity Sl.
I saw a 12% profit run and it went down to 2% , very strange thing
And do not forget everyday is different, not so easy to adjust all correct.

From the lesson of yesterday, I have changed to add filter on Basket Equity and Stop Equity, so far benefical..Now another lesson in mind, the time of start...Seems like the very begin of Tokyo is not that good. Probably closer to FRA is a better idea . Also I have noticed that 1 hour after LO new trades add powerful to trending.

The chart below is in continue, so will see the trail performance.
