You're asking for too much data to post in one thread (or aforementioned book!).

For a start look up the calender on this forum. It has all the news releases on it. Learn what they all mean and how they effect the currencies (Check the news trading section here for immediate effects on currencies).

To me Fundamentals are everything around you! News and People. You have to pay attention. I talk with people who work in Realestate, Banks, Businesses. I heard when Ford Motor Company laid off 40,000 + people and Radioshack 700. I see when IBM sells their computer division to China (Lenovo). I take all these things into consideration. In time I can 80% of the time know what a news release will be. I not trade the news. I in the trade way before the news, and either get it all or take a small loss. I not use Indicators much, but, enjoy the Ichimoku, and I do read Candles. This all I know to tell you, it things you learn in time that work for you. I been trading money for about 10 years I think. This how I make my living now.

sounds very general suggestion but its genuine , fundamental and technical analysis both are important for the traders who are particularly beginners, but to be a man fundamentally strong is really a tough game , need a long term patience with clear mentality.

Fundamental analysis is not that simple. To be good at fundamental you need to know about related counties economy very well. You can't just focus a few aspect of economy. You need full knowledge. For that you need to study a lot.

I think you are right. Solely focus on one analysis is not proper for trading.
