Very nice observation. I will let FXMD answer the question about price not reaching the target. I think its some mistake.

About your next image, I believe the box does not draw the range based on first 4 hours high to low. It does that only if that range is less than max 45 pips. If it is more than 45 pips the box does some adjustments and the box size is set to 45 exact. But I do not understand how it is adjusted? from above? from below? is it done equally from high and low. I wonder what it is. Would be nice if FXMD could explain this as well.

I'm very interested in this. I installed the template and it looks correct through January 15, then the colored boxes and tp / sl lines fail to show from the 16th on. I've refreshed and closed/re-opened my mt4, but it indicators still missing. Any thoughts why that might be?

Really great system and EA FXmd. I was wondering if it will be possible to make the martingale increase by a specified number of point say 0.02 i.e the lot will increase by 0.02 after every step. Also,could a extra option of stoploss and take profit target based on pip value be added to the EA. Thanks

The three tear EA does not work for me..... The EA may very well be working properly but it does not seem to behave on the tester and that's when I stop.

I prefer the bare bones EA with manual intervention. I don't trust EAs as a rule---- so this is ok for me.

I have had this indicator for many years and you may find some value with it. It is not a EA but I think a coder could make it into a auto trader based on all the rules that are already there. The beauty of this indicator is it does the calculations for you based on the box size parameters and bar count before a break out trade would be placed. It will tell you in the specs on the left side of the screen with its own backtest. The indicator seems coded very well and has some nice features -- worth spending some time with and maybe this can help you in making your personal BO EA.

For me I need an EA as its 4am when the box is closed where I am and then its tough to go back to sleep,

So if there is an EA out there that works perfectly based on this strategy, please point me in the right direction.

5M and 15M --- you can use any time frame but have to adjust box and pjp size to have good box formation for the dead zone.

If you spend some time with the indicator you will see how it can be used.

Yesterday's break out didn't occur till many hours after the box ended...it retraced then dropped to almost hit TP. Is there a rule for how long is the max we should wait until the set up is no longer valid? BC I thought this was a breakout close to Asia open not a breakout during London session. Thanks for clarifying!
