Due to some recent PM's, I can see that some are devoting too much time on analytics related to past trade winners/losers with copious spread sheets and the like, instead of focusing on learning to recognize entry set ups while observing your live charts. As I have posted and has been discussed here Ad Nauseam, your attention should be directed towards recognizing trade set ups traded by the Big Money, ie, Banks and Market Makers.

The FX Market is fluid & dynamic and always changing due to world market conditions and news events. Each traders primary focus should be directed towards learning to quickly recognize how the MM's are manipulating the market.

It actually is not that difficult as institutions primarily trade Market Phases with break outs and most often, trade key levels as S & R.......of course their are other news related conditions, but if a trader would do nothing but to learn to recognize these conditions on their charts they will be light years ahead of most.

Just pull up current M15, M5 and M1 charts and observe the higher t/f's for forming Accumulation and Distribution and then stalk the lower t/f's for possible forming break outs, usually around Big Round Numbers. You will soon notice, excluding a high priority news event, how the MM's will run some pump & dumps over these numbers building longs or shorts and catching wrong way traders and stops leading to their break out, with PA running most often to the next key level.

Once you learn to quickly recognize and understand how the MM's are manipulating the market, our PVSRA method will show the way with PA and volume confirming possible entries and exits at or around our key levels.

I had been chasing this one all day. The background was providing plenty of clues as to MM intentions, it was just a matter of following PA and taking advantage when the moment came. I didn't quite nail the entry but hung in there for some extra pips. This trade was a great teacher.

First trade, would love some feedback.

Clear downtrend, price pulled back to the EMA's and put in a big bearish engulfing candle and was trying to ride back to previous low, lowest part on the picture.

Breakdowns are tricky, the market is not in a clear downtrend, it's ranging since the start of the day. It might go lower, but there is not enough momentum to justify an explosive move downwards.

Thanks still learning but any feedback is welcomed! I understand it more clearly now, in my backtest results I only tested pullbacks with the trend, much appreciated!

GU M1 +29 (avg. +4.8 lots added with bullish momentum) See chart as ALL ema's were holding as short term support and headed up nicely.......

I managed this one with only emergency stop...Usually close when key level hit or PA stalls but got a phone call at the wrong time and walked away....
