Does anyone know if there is a mt4 indicator or script that wherever the cross hair is on a larger time frame chart all the other lower time frame charts will scroll automatically back in time to the place where the cross hair is on the larger time frame chart. meaning the cross hair can be on a 12hr for example at dec 2017 and all the other charts of the same currency as the 12 hr, will move to the exact same time as on the 12 hr chart where the cross hair is. There can be 1 minute thru 8 hr for example to be scrolled back in time.

The charts must be scrolled back in time automatically. Not by me scrolling back manually to match the 12 hr example.

I saw some crosshair indicators that will scroll the cross hair to match the higher time frame spot in time, but further back in time that is off the screen the user must scroll back manually himself.

Or maybe there is a "non mt4" charting thats free that will do the above.

Thanks! Abi

What is the name of the crosshair indicator mentioned by you; that sounds useful

The only thing I have ever been using is place both horizontal + vertical lines at the point of interest and then change time frames.

Or drawing a Rectangle of strange color, then drop down the time frames with AutoScroll turned off

Thanks

What you're describing is frequently called "synchronized scrolling". It's available natively in charting packages like eSignal, but unfortunately eSignal is not free.

Hope this helps. These are 3. One of them I thought was the best. I can not remember though which one.
