You made me think, not an easy thing for me to do these days, I tried OVO's Renko Generator and that works perfectly so the problem for me at least is that some thing has changed on my system that affects how the Free Renko Generators work but does not affect OVO's.
So I have a couple of options.
1. Try and identify what has changed on my system
or
2. Buy OVO's Renko Generator and not spend hours or even days trying to find the problem.

I wonder which one I should choose??

Hahahahaha, good thing I was able to provide some value to you.

I would buy it. Definitely worth it. Very fast and responsive. Multiple candle options and features.
I bought the Omnia pack for around USD$100, definitely worth it. You make that much per couple of minutes =), so doesn't hurt and help loads. Besides, they continuously improve the generator and have life time updates. Every MT4 version change will inccur in issues that some free indicators simply won't update.

I'm still struggling with my trading =)

3 long attempts that sucked. Maybe early moves, but then if you don't move you miss the ride as well. How to tell?

Excuse me,
Why my stochastic is more agresive than the one of Fabian (and others I think).
We have the same renko 3 pips size.
Please, look for example at the red lines drawn on Fabian's image at stochastic indicator, and for the same point look the awfull lines that my Sto has.
I got 8,3,3 the standard indicator that comes with MT4, so I can't change other parameters related to High/low or Close/close calculations on my stochastic.
I have tried wicks on and off on the renko generator with more or less the same result.

Firs of my chart is clean renko, not HA. Maybe that is the difference.

No Fabian, I had tried too. Ha candles here doesn't change the bar values(open,close,low,high) that they are printed over. Ha indi is only this, an indi over hidden real bars on chart

Hi Cfabian,
about SL, if your entry is correct 3*Brick is enought, so if we're trading with Renko 3 a 9 or 10 pips SL is safe.
We have to avoid drawdown for that. So every entry are @ Breakout. Sometimes you have a good idea about entry i see, but you don't wait the breakout and so have to endure the pullback.
Step by step you'll lear to avoid this unconfortable situations.
About trailing i prefer to move SL avery Higher Lows (in long trade) or every Lower Highs (in short trade). I show it on the charts.

And other important thing, and now i speak to all newbies here: NEVER convert a profit trade in a loss. NEVER.
So with Renko 3 when you are @ +3 pips profit, move SL to BE + 0,6 or 1 pips (depend on slippage).
With Renko 5, when you're @ +5 pips profit move to BE +1
with experience you'll learn to identify a pullback or a reverse so to hold or exit the trade @ BE.

Seems a values problems, please check your set with the image.

Broker values can be different for CFDs. There can be a difference of upto 30 pips in the prices shown by different brokers, some where back in the distant thread we did an exercise looking at the price differences, first we compared prices with Futures prices, the originating price, and found that only one broker appeared to be quoting the actual futures price, there were differences of upto 38 pips, this was random, we also compared brokers and found that some were worse than others, can not remember which brokers specifically.
It is because of these differences in prices that you see different oscillator readings also you will see differences in Bar Patterns as on one chart there might be a double bottom but on another chart there is not. CFDs are broker created instruments they are only following the Futures instrument price not replicating it.

so three options then in this situation:
- Use a less noisy broker
- Raise the periods till I found it comfortable the strong peaks Sto makes me.
- Hide noise with bigger bricks, from 3 to 4 or 5 pips
