Happy new year everyone! I am posting a trade i took about 6 hours ago.Its a GBPCHF sell.I made 30 pips.
Its been long since i took a live trade.The reason is that with all the different trading methods a trader can settle on, i was focusing on one pattern which i want to try and master and almost always if not always trade that alone.So i decided that i am going to be a pure reversal trader.I have a small live account and that is another reason i decided to focus on a high probability pattern and hopefully master it and build my account.When my account is big MAYBE i can try other methodologies. So i have been demo trading and only today did i take my first live trade based on this system.

So i have been doing my best to learn reversal patterns like heads and shoulders and double tops etc.Even if i combine time charts and range charts my trades happen on range charts.

I analyse charts on H1,M30,M15 and look for divergencies in an uptrend/downtrend which signal probable reversals.I use both MACD and RSI to spot divergencies.If i dont find them i dont trade at all.Since i look at all the big pairs including oil and gold, there are setups roughly everyday so i cant say i will be necessarily starved for trades.My favourites though are the fast moving pairs eg GBP pairs and EUR pairs.

So in the trade i took, GBPCHF was on the rise since yesterday but i noticed a divergency. To confirm the trade i used a method from RP, which is the 100 MA and 6 MA crossover.

Late start today hopefully back on schedule tomorrow, so just 1 trade. I didn't mark on the chart trade is nice bullish divergence set up.

Lots of movement today due to U.S. news especially on EURO, but thagt required some chasing which I don't like to do very often, so I chased the slowest mover which surprisingly was Eur/Usd. Sorry duplicated a screenshot, 1 additional trade

Hi RP! Awesome! I missed out big time! Had a EURJPY chart open and somehow i forgot about the Euro news and price just jumped 100 pips plus in no time at all!

Two RP trades today closed, and one open (AU short @ .8001) Missed the JPY dumps, and RP short set-ups on CJ, AJ, NJ because I had expanded my UJ chart.
