You can see the broker I'm using in the TE.

I don't think its allowed to promote brokers in the forum or the thread could be moved to the commercial section.

I'm not going to promote any broker, but pls read this article http://www.learntotradethemarket.com...k-close-charts
It explains perfectly that different brokers have different day-closing times which results in different charts
Since the ea is making decisions based on those charts the result of the ea will be different as well.

I personally use a broker which has New York closing charts and mrdfx does too if i'm correct.

About brokers, the problem is quit simple, the day before yesterday was 25/12/2017, which was Christmas, so I think most brokers open in 26/12/2017, some open around GMT 22:00 25/12, some open around GMT 04:00 26/12, and other brokers might differ, it's not a big problem, and I believe it might be a mistake to trade around this time of the year anyways, because most banks aren't very active during these happy holidays. better wait till second week of Jan of 2018, the chart data will be much better.

in this particular case, it's the Merry Christmas Holiday thingy which causes the problem, some brokers missed TWO or even more 4Hour Bars, which are 8 hours of chart data or more. It's not a good idea to trade this time of the year anyway, just wait till second week of Jan.2018, and everything should be sorted out properly.

Different brokers will use different market open and close times so the OHLC for the candles will be different, this can affect in how the EA calculates signals based on the current candle, which will lead to different results. Some may get signals on their dash before others, while some get them later, while some might not get the signal at all.

I'll take my chances lol, looking at mrdfx's trade monitor I see the 4hr chart trades line up with what I see, not wanting to get too deep with it all, will carry on as-is, had my brokers for years now, so not looking at change, last word, this can only be relevant trading daily bars?

didnt tested this one yet ,i'm just looking to see it but from my understanding that is a section for trailing stop steps. ts 1 and 2 etc. at least this i understand when i look. ts trigger is trailing stop trigger,so from what pips value start to move. maker can explain it more clear as i'm just guessing.

The trailing stop system is based on this thread https://www.forexfactory.com/printthread.php?t=446353
It uses a hidden / virtual stoploss. This allows us to put the stop loss anywhere without the broker knowing and without any broker restrictions

So.. When the EA places a new order then the initial hidden/virtual stoploss is placed at:
- the zigzag arrow when stopLossAtZigZagArrow=true
- or at OrderHiddenSL pips when stopLossAtZigZagArrow=false

then when trade gets into profit we trail the hidden / virtual stoploss like this:

  1. when profit reaches Order TS1 Trigger pips, the virtual stoploss is moved to Order TS1 pips
  2. when profit reaches Order TS2 Trigger pips, the virtual stoploss is moved to Order TS2 pips
  3. when profit reaches Order TS3 Trigger pips, the virtual stoploss is moved to Order TS3 pips
  4. when profit reaches Order TS4 Trigger pips, the virtual stoploss is moved to Order TS4 pips
  5. when profit goes above Order TS4 Trigger pips then the rest gets trailed with a Trailing Step

If I understand you right: If I' m working with OrderHiddenSL the stopLossAtZigZagArrow needs to be =false? Right?

Yes if you want a fixed stoploss then set stopLossAtZigZagArrow=false and set OrderHiddenSL to the number pips you want for your stoploss

Would it be possible in the future version to add- max spread and slippage to be allowed .
It would prevent EA trigger orders at the sudden spikes or huge spreads increase.

I could, but has this been an issue ?? did the ea open any orders with high spreads/slippage so far?
And how should this work, i guess the max slippage and max spread are different for each pair?
