That short wasn't all that bad actually.
But it's going to a tough dance either direction.
This is where "instinct" should come in for play.
I guess I had some feeling that it was going to be a tough session higher charts were all heavily down but it had found a support, after some rally up prominentsupport resistance was right there on 10m,30m,1h 8 AM came along price retracted back hard, usually on normal days and normal conditions price doesn't wipe out my 7:30 entry but today not only it did wipe out my entry but retracted all the way back to the opening price, not a good sign for further upward move so my short bias came along now with prominent resistance hovering just above with 8:OO am retracement turned reversal I was waiting for a pullback sell high point and it did came along.
On the bright side when I used to lose in the past I had no idea what I was doing, but now when I lose I know what I did wrong and I usually get the direction right, its just my discipline getting out of control - mostly because of fear - because of lack of training.
As I type this it is falling oh it has fallen already all the way to 22450
