Hello Kev,

Consider only taking these position type trades near significant technical levels. And when possible, during high volume market times. Taking a position near a significant technical level allows you to get away with your smaller stops and only trading during high volume times will allow you to see the price action(trading sentiment) better.

Sorry to go off topic, but from where to where did you draw to make that descending trendline for EURUSD? The rising support trendline I have, but any descending TL I try to draw comes in much lower than yours and intersects price lower, too.

(Also, isn't it buy at the rising support, sell touches of the resistance at the top?)

If you could please post a zoomed out version perhaps, that would help me a lot!

You'll not get it right to a pip. Chart was intended for a general purpose to stress the point.

Ah okay, I thought you had drawn the trendline before price got there as opposed to drawing the trendline as the new swing high was established.

The gbp/usd looks like a screaming short to me. The daily and 4 hour chart. I would like to see a clean break down here.

I can't really decide for you to take a trade. You have to follow your system.

I sent a sell cable signal to our bago group earlier this morning, however I was short some 40pips higher based on a different method, we use with that system.
It will look bearish to me if we close below 9000 level (1 more min. to go)

tis true then.. but which method do u use?? also i wanted to know.. when it does go short.. can i use a stop loss of 35 and a trailing stop of 15.. coz i have a hunch its gonna go way down.. and consistently.. wt do u think??

Hi YasirYar,

You know you might want to trade a smaller time frame for a while. Get a few wins under your robe and you might gather some self confidence which is so very critical in this game. You need to step back and evaluate. Your posts have a high degree of frustration. Rather than anticipate the big picture why not follow an indicator or two and score some pips. Here is real simple one that I'm using to satisfy my need to pull the trigger. Just take 8-10 pips on each trade. Check it out. It's self explanatory. Study the candles. Master the patterns. Take a deep breath.

Hi summitfx,

For the life of me I can't seem to get my indicator window to look like yours. I figured out how to plot multiple indicators on the same window, but can't seem to get your settings.

It looks like the EMA(8) is based on the "First indicator's data" RSI(8), and then an added RSI(21).

Are the RSIs based on the close? Can't seem to get it to look like yours.

Here's a chart of what I come up with:
RSI(21) - Green
RSI(8) - Blue
EMA(8) - Red

On MT4:
Menu > View > Navigator
Drag any indicator you wish inside another indicator's window already set.
That's all.
You can place as many you want.

I use the rsi-new (posted) for my 21 and my 8ma is actually lwma and the rest seems to be correct. Try that and see what happens . I tried to post my template but it wouldn't allow me.

You have to apply the MA to the "First Indicator's Data", or perhaps "Previous Indicator's Data" - I'm not really sure how that whole things works out. Been trying to get my window to look like summitfx's without success.

Either way, for the MA to apply in the RSI window (or whatever indicator), you need to apply it as stated above.

On MT4 you open the navigator window up top and than select indicators and drag it to rsi box and scroll down from "close" to "previous indicator window and bingo! It could be either or on the prvious or first- experiment a little and you will get it right for yourself or you can pay me $5000 and I will personally come to your trading office location and fix it- 20% discount if you paypal my account within the next 15 minutes

It's called getting a life- I haven't made a trade for several hours
I'm also recovering from knee surgery so it's the FF fo me for a while longer.
