is it possible that the EA has a command that where the sl line is placed/showing,the price has to cross the spread pip distance before it triggers?
There is no need for such a command.
The EA (latest version 5.1) only closes a Short when
Bid is equal or greater than SL.

This is the code

You have to drag the SL line a bit higher, the SL-level has been
triggered, thatīs why your Short has been closed.

Give the market a bit more room to breathe if you donīt want
your SL to be triggered too often.

Over the weekend I had a version ready which did not crash Mt4,
but today that version suddenly crashed it again.
It doesnīt make sense but this is driving me crazy.

Anyway, I will not go back to the emulated buttons.
Cannot tell you how long it will take.
I cannot tell you how much I like and appreciate all your hard work with this trade manager. Just started to use it to manage my trades and could not be happier. Look forward to your new one but this one works great for now. Well done my friend

English is not my native language too, but your translation program is a nightmare.
From what I understand , you want the source code for free of course.
And if I donīt give it for free , you want help from me to decompile the ex4 = hacking
and stealing it.

If you pay me $ 10.000 , you can get it and it is cheap because hundreds of hours
have been gone into coding the EA.
I will not share the source code for free. Never.
Trade Management is More Important than Trade Entry
Over a series of trades your trade management decisions will have greater impact upon your P&L than will your entry.
Almost daily I get emails asking why a certain trade didn’t work. Almost every time, the trader is missing the point. Trades don’t always work. Our profit and loss comes not from any one particular trade, but rather from a series of trades. If you find yourself in a trade which is not working, reduce risk or exit entirely and reassess. Use your trade management skills to minimise the loss. And work to ensure that OVER TIME your combination of win% and win/loss size ratio produces profits.
Let’s look at a trade example on the images attached below:
Whether you see this as three separate trades, or as one trade sequence which simply scaled in and out, is largely irrelevant.
* The initial premise was for continuation lower to the prior day’s low.
* The initial premise was proven wrong.
Trade management kept that initial position from providing a loss. And subsequent reassessment and reversal of bias (all part of making trade management decisions) ensured a profit on the full sequence of trades.
Even if I’d been unlucky on that initial trade and unable to scalp out the first part for a free trade, the loss would have been minimal (-4 ticks per contract). Loss would have been nicely contained allowing profits on the remainder of the sequence to easily overcome the loss.
* TRADE MANAGEMENT IS MUCH MORE IMPORTANT THAN TRADE ENTRY.
* PROFITS ARE MADE OVER A SERIES OF TRADES. INDIVIDUAL TRADE RESULTS ARE IRRELEVANT.

I've read your threads and let me tell you that your EA development work is really impressive and your attitude in sharing so many hours of work is huge. For a long time I've been looking for a script that would open businesses and hide TP and SL, and now I'm using stealth_trade manager_fxtr51_v5.1.ex.4. Although working very well is still not your last version with real buttons. So please, send me that version that came to be shared on your second topic but that for some reason is not accessible or has been deleted.

This version prevents you from getting a market order by asking you to confirm the market order in a dialog-window which pops up. If you click on "NO", the EA will not send a market order. Almost forgot to mention: This version has multiple TPs. Default TP. TP2 TP3 The multiple TPs only work in stealth mode. {file}

Is The new EA with real buttons still available?
I was reading all thread to look for features "Hidden TP,SL and BE . Move TP,SL and BE with drag and drop."
& I found the thread has been deleted :/

he means he runs his MT4 not on a window OP machine, but on linux machine, quite similar to a UNIX.
For former window OP user, with word, office, Metra trader etc... Linux provides wine as apdaption platform for running most window OP's application, hence he said MT4 wunning on wine.
