Has anyone done a Forex trading course of any description other than reading books? If so what courses are there?

I think, all of pro traders learned Forex trading manually! For learning, popular Forex forums are too useful, you’ll get so many valuable threads on forum! I gauss ForexFactory and BabyPips are the 2 most educational Forex forums!

I've never been to a course when I've been face to face with a teacher - be it online or in real life - with them teaching me in real time. I've always either read instructions and tutorials online or I've read books.
I made two courses(in spanish) and my opinion is that better read babypips.

That’s the point, Forex Forums are much informative than the training course! I also see, so many negative reviews on popular online courses! So, it’s better to learn alone!

There are many courses about Forex in online free or paid but most of them are found to be scams. It’s all about scam, nothing without it. For beginners level I always prefer pips school with demo account.

I have seen most of them are found to be scams in particularly the paid course. So, guys be careful.
After years reading about forex only I can tell1% of traders make 90% of the money.
And nobody tech you for thousand when he can spend his time wining tones of money in forex.
Has anyone done a Forex trading course of any description other than reading books? If so what courses are there?

I don't think it is important to get paid for forex course when the web has made it simple for us to learn it. Despite the fact that there may be a few preferences if some paid for the forex course yet to I simply don't think it is fundamental. Workshops are the most noticeably bad to go to in light of the fact that when you go for a seminar,they will just show you a few sections of forex. At the end it is also the choice of each trader.

There are so many online tutorials, one can learn from it and practice it on a demo. If still, you are facing the issue then there are many mentors online available.
The problem with most of the courses is that most "training material" is stuck back in 2010 trading off indicators and swings. The markets don't move like they used to, and most strategies don't work. People want an easy fix in trading, and one doesn't exist - it takes time to learn.
The only things you should really be learning, in the beginning, is how to manage your account, and build strategies from the money side and not from some indicator.
That being said it doesn't mean that courses aren't useful for some basic knowledge.
The thing that helped me the most was sitting in a room with another pro for months and months (trading/teaching) and talking about trading, and strategies and refining our strategies WITHOUT giving each other any trades or watching the other persons screen.

It has never occurred to me to look at it that way. Come to think about it, most books that I've seen and read are that way too, unfortunately.
