Idea for a Free VPS 24/7

I am starting this thread to see if my thinking is correct regarding trading from your computer and how your MT4 continues to trade when your computer is switched off.
I place a .01 BUY or SELL trade on monthly time frame with no SL or TP this means that my MT4 is up and trading 24/7.
Any other strategies running from my EA's are also still trading .Hey presto no VPS needed and my trading keeps on keeping on.
Am I a genius or !!!!!

When your PC is OFF, your MT4 (on this computer) is OFF ... and obviously any EA on this platform is OFF.

1. Your trade continues on your broker's platform, not yours, which means if you use a SL or TP, then it would be like VPS per the broker's platform. Otherwise, you are just sleeping during your trade and any price movement is outside of your control.

2. If you use an EA that automatically enters and exits, and its software is on your computer, then it will not work when your computer is off. However, if it creates SL or TP upon entering a trade, those actions will be on your broker's platform and will execute if price hits one. As long as your computer is off, you will not have any new trades.

3. Consider it like chat. Once you leave chat, or turn off your computer, you are no longer in chat. The time frame of mt4 has nothing to do with your connectivity to your broker.

@FerruFx,Do you support Broker VPS service. Every Broker Provide VPS service in Different Terms and Condition.If you use Exness VPS then Broker never give you Chance to change VPS Login password.so what is your opinnion.

I have no opinion as I never used a VPS from a broker.
