PRICE is TRAPPED inside a 9 WEEK control candle but that is a 900 pip range and can be traded IF you know how to trade inside a Weekly Control Candle

You're absolutely right Strat, the last worker close was 1.7150.

I have been using my H4 S/R levels so was looking at the highest H4 high of 1.7210 which is where I started my down trend line.

So if worker trumps H4, that is where the resistance will be. I will watch at the close of the 1700 hrs H4 and EOD to decide to close or wait for further up move.

Thanks
Terry

There is still a lot of buying across all time frames in New York but it is hard to argue against the Boss.

Absolutely right Strat,

I am watching at EOD for my decision to close or not. Unfortunately I only traded one microlot so it's either hold or close since I can't close a portion of my position.

That's all good though as I am working on trading H4 with M5 entries.

Whatever happens, this has been a good trade and I owe it all to your guidance and training over the past two and a half years and it is getting better as I am starting to see beyond the candles...........

Regards

Deciding where and when to CLOSE OUT your trade is a good LEARNING exercise, Terry. It will give you good experience.

Sometime back in 2009 on the old thread, (it might have been EURAUD but its there somewhere), I remember being 10 pips off my target and wondering what to do and getting myself in a real tizz. Then I stepped back and when I looked at the Big Picture, realised my total pip count was 900+ pips and what was I hanging on for 10 pips for? - a huge lesson for me there.

Don't get married to a pair, Terry! When PRICE gets to Support/Resistance, it almost always goes into consolidation. Don't trade in consolidation - look for another pair.

So, you are probably thinking this is just another M5 chart

Well it's NOT but can be traded with PASR exactly like I trade M5 - IF you have the PATIENCE and DISCIPLINE ( which most on these public forums do not have) and UNDERSTAND PASR.

The big difference is that on this chart you can make 200 times MORE PIPS for 1/10 of the time spent trading M5

M5 {quote} Also SEE my AUDCAD post Don't ignore my M5 posts IF you want to be CONSISTENTLY PROFITABLE with PASR. The exact same set up and conditions happen on ALL time frames. I post M5 because 1) it's like taking candy from a baby and 2) it allows me to post MANY examples. But since the thread is PASR LONG TERM stress free trading, maybe I should stick to posting charts on Worker, Boss and Big Boss?

Don't take it as a criticism, I do try to work out the entry on the 5 minute charts you post too, I'm focusing on daily charts because in GMT + 10 the NY close is currently 9am my time, and most of the charts don't have anything much going on until I get home from work and can really look at them.
What I'm struggling to see on the 5 minute charts in the reason to exit.

That looks like the Eur/usd daily chart to me. Boss/big boss say longs to me.
