I have suggestions what you think?

I am planing to gain avg only 10pips every trade ( standard 1pip=10$) with size of 20lot trail stop 10.
It is quick and easy to make thousands each trade.
Please give me some inputs, different strategies.
Well the idea is great but you should realise that in doing so you should try to make sure as many of your trades are positive as loosing one trade will mean losing 2grand?
definetely...you don't want to apply this kind of trade without considering bego, kolachi, mouteki etc methods.
this is great as long as you are winning, you must have winning percentage


most of the traders loose sometimes!
After 2 years of study I do not think this is possible. I suggest reading the strategies on this forum and working with the system that best fits you.
for every 10 pips you make (13 actually, with spread), what will your stoploss initially be? 10? You'd be losing 13 everytime it was hit ($2600), I hope you have a large startup capital, and don't get any consecutive losses!!

I get your idea, but I would like you to realize, that most trades which will go in your direction will go at some point much more then 10 pips against you.

Then trading 20 lots trade (i doubt you'll find a broker for that, most of them trade max 5 lots.) you need at least cash 20.000 USD on that account. Considering the most basic moneymanagement you should though per trade only extend you capital to 3%. That means you better have 670.000 USD on that account.

Everything else is gambling.

Now, putting 670 TUSD on the account of ONE Retail Broker is not necessarily wise (see Refco), since in a case of a bankcrupcy it is their money.

Besides they will automatically put you on manual execution with that account size, since you can kill them otherwise with that margin within a few trades.

So ... where was I again ... oh otherwise this is a great idea

5 lots?? WTF are you talking about?
There is one broker that offers 10 lots, but this one is a scam. Or, so i've heard. Also, that's not really smart, nor "decent, or even basic" applied fund managing. Your risk outweights you by %60, the spread and once upon entry depending on the broker. The fill and you know how that goes on retail account.

Now, if you would be trying to aim for say, about 5 Lots per month, it's a nice safe slow way to get that 2K. But, i myself wouldn't even touch 1, or 2 lots, yet. Minis do just fine, thanks!

First let me say I respect you fukinagashi; I've seen your work in this and other forums. But there are brokers that allow unlimited lots. I use several brokers and they allow more than five lots. For example, my last NFP trade was for more than 100 lots and Lord knows I'm not the biggest trader out there (yet).

I left the one broker who placed me on manual (FXCM) and today, none of my brokers have me on manual execution.....

so what the fukinagashi are you talking about??

That's extremely aggressive.

I admire your style if you've done this successfully more than once using these many lots. I won't ask your account size on your positions, but. It is impressive no less. i don't think i have the courage to go for over 2 Lots myself, even on a predictable trade.

1 lot at Dukascopy is 1 million . You can place up to 100 lots. Just make sure that you have the funds to back up your trade.
100 millions at the click of a mouse ! !

it will come, but if you keep going broke how will you ever make millions? All we are saying is your method is very risky, you have a huge chance of going broke before making millions the way you described.

  1. You speak of 100 standard Lots at 100.000 USD each (100:1 / 1.000 USD)?
  2. You know a RETAIL BROKER who lets you bet 100 x 100.000 USD = 10.000.000 USD at NFP? I wonder how many actually have a netvalue which would allow them to make deals like that and even then, are these guys not afraid how you can bring down their house, when they don't realize your margin call quick enough to their interbank market?
  3. You trust a RETAIL BROKER - a non regulated entity - to at least 100+ TUSD of your money even after Refco etc? (Considering the chance that an NFP can quickly go some 100+ pips against you you are actually rather having some 500+ TUSD on that account, to cater against a margin call?)
  4. You are betting with these amounts at a Retail Banker and not with a real Bank?
  5. You have never considered with your financial means to actually directly get into the interbank market? Less spread, less games with your broker and very unlikely that the players there take your money and run :-)?

Questions, questions, questions. And I am not meaning them offensive. I am just trying to learn.

I do well and my daily goal is 20pips only if it was that simple.... When the Genie comes out of the bottle let me know.

Any thing is possible But unless your trading over 200k I would sugest you think about scaling down those lots your find out real quick how leverage is a double sided sword.

% are % no matter how you look at em... work out your system on a small scale and use larger amount accordingly as your account grows

I can do 20 standing on my head. The real question is can you lose 20 standing, sitting or inevitably from the fetal postion after suffering a market purge.
