Here is my +40 for the day.

Daily chart showing ROMAR & EMA as Resistance, with market still in a 136 pip range (apart from the break out on Friday). The market is in Consolidation Ranging.

The 4hr chart on Friday gave an entry short at the BB, but because it was Friday it wasn't taken. So I was waiting on the DB/SAR on the other end. The SAR came in at the PSAR, then the market pushed lower and the DB/SAR showed up, and the PSAR flipped for the down. I waited another 4hr bar to make sure I wasn't catching a falling knife, but got in basically the same price as I would have. The main reason I waited is I had no Support on the Daily, and I was waiting on the 2hr fib to flip up too.

So I basically traded the 4hr chart with this trade - in Consolidation like this I will trade the big 4hr swings with the DB/SAR, with the 2hr for timing. But in between those 4hr DB/SAR swings, I will trade the 2hr DB/SAR swings.

Sounds a bit complicated but it isn't.

Nice to see one or two new faces posting plans.

Hello Shinny, when you do that with the 4hr chart, you still go for 40pips? I was thinking in that about the "long term trades" but my question is about ur target is the same 40pips and 40 pips SL?

Everyday i still reading the tutorial of dove_alliance in consolidation with DB/SAR and Fibo, and your anti psar. Thank you to both.

Yes you can trade the Fib distance or more in Long Term Trading, but it is harder than it at first seems. You have to learn when to do it and when to leave it or take 40. But once you become proficient you could certainly use it occasionally (1-2 per month at least) to get 120+ pips each time.

At one point, I was trading a lot of pairs but I was specifically trading the 4hr Fib turn into the Daily trend. It taught me a lot about how a market turns.

Once your consistent in getting 80%+ for a few months then you can look at it.

I think this was an okay trade. When I made my trading plan I was hoping for a dip below H2 romer support so that I could trade upwards into the trading zone targeting H4 romer resistance. I waited for SAR/DB to attach at the bottom, then went long at the open candle. I think this trade could have been better. When I went in, I had 35 pips upwards to H4 romer resistance. I probably should have waited and only entered if there was 40 pips to the next major resistance. If I would have waited, the next open candle was ~14 pips below where I entered, and would have comfortably had the 40 to H4 romer.

I also inadvertently placed my stop loss at 30 pips below where I entered, with 40 pips to TP. I'm lucky it didn't hit the stop loss. I entered the trade kind of late last night and I guess subtracted wrong.

You can do this so there is no more excuses like that again BigSix. Once you enter, you set up your modification of the order for the 40/40. You may have to adjust slightly to get the pip/spread correct afterwards, but you wont be the 10 pip count short that's for sure.

Final Notes:
Market is in a consolidated uptrend with romer as support on H1/H2/daily chart. On the H4 chart, romer can be regarded as support given its proximity to EMA (<10 pips), with market currently 30 pips above H4 romer. On H2, DB/SAR is attached at the top. It previously attached at the bottom on the H2 61.8 fibo, which was a higher low than the SAR or DB/SAR previous low attachment. This indicates market is in an uptrend. Market is consolidated however and not in a true trend due to EMA still being resistance on the daily chart. DB/SAR is attached at the top of H4 chart with the Magenta swing and green divergence. I am unsure how much higher the market can go, but it still might drift upwards from its current level. I will be looking for a long position after a retrace. If we were in a true trend I would consider going long off the H2 four horsemen. Until daily EMA can be regarded as support, we are still in consolidation. Accordingly, I will wait for a retrace on H2 with SAR attachment. There are 3 high impact speeches tomorrow at 0500- might have to wait until after the speech until getting the necessary volatility to buy on a retrace down. Only way I would consider going short is if there is a large spike upwards to 100.0 fibo on the H4 chart and/or touching H4 or H2 BB. Market is currently 30 pips away from H4 romer, 40 pips from H2 romer, and 30 pips from H2 ema support.

Thanks Olive. I'm not sure how I subtracted 40 wrong, but your suggestion is definitely a good one. It's one less decision/calculation to make. I'm gonna do that from now on.

Final Notes for all 4 Charts:
With Romar Resistance/Support in different TF, We still are in Consolidation trading from Top to Bottom and Bottom to Top. Now, we have DB/SAR at the Top in H4 H2 and H1 and Red Fibo in H1 and H2 in Zero level.
In Daily Parabolic Resistance trending for the down is holding the price BUT Purple is at White… so in 2 hrs the next daily candle can cross white purple and is not a stopper anymore.
In this moment, Paradox is telling me that we are in the Top of the Consolidation for a good chance for short the market (going from top to bottom) but checking my space between my entry and stoppers, we have Romar H2
in 30pips. The Short is invalid because the space. Right now im going to wait for the next candle. If in Daily White cross Purple and Parabolic stopper is invalid. Im going to wait for SAR going down in H2 and then place my Buy order.

I suggest you delete DB and SAR indicators off the 1 hour chart, (SAR and SwingHighLow), Dana mentioned that they don't belong on there, as it causes confusion among traders.

I started going trough this thread over the weekend. i'm up to page 53 now.
Certainly looks like a great trading system. I took my 1st trade yesterday. Went long on Fibo flip and got my 40 pips.

May i please reiterate a suggestion that Dove has asked of & also expects from us when we are posting plans as learners?
I've probably forgotten to do it myself lately ... and if i have, i apologise.
And this suggestion of Dove's - is we must "state THE rule or rules" applied to our projected & actual entry.
These rules will describe the reason to ourselves and our teachers for the reason of a student's entry.
It shows we are studying & if we are or are not increasing in our understanding.
By showing the rules for entry, it also shows respect to the teachers and fellow students when we follow a rule Dove has instructed us to do....to include the rule/s for entry on our plans.
&, not surprisingly, by following the rules it also assists in removing our emotions & reduces guessing and/or haphazard learning and eliminates attempts to short cut.
It keeps us honest.
Essentially, it's a win : win for everyone and is a portion of Dove's way of teaching - & as always, based upon sound wisdom.
Just my two bobs worth as a suggestion.
