Hello Traders

I got home yesterday from my office and we had no internet. Thankfully, BT have been and fixed the outside pole today, so I am back online.

I just wanted to post my results for last week, I did an extra trade so 6 instead of 5 and each was a winner. I was mainly (5/6) short with the Daily ROMAR/PSAR each day, but there were also opportunities for long trades, only 1 of which I took.

The long I took was basically a trade when the market is turning up with the 4hr up and the 2hr EMA/ROMAR crossing for the up:

I think I posted all but one of the other trades in pictures so no need to post them again.

Here is the Daily chart which shows you how tight the market has been for me this week, but where this market would kill most other traders, by trading the Paradox I was able to exploit opportunities every day to make money.

Thanks so much for posting this. It's really interesting to see your mindset as a pro.

When you went in for the long with the opening at the parabolic, Romer was still actually resistance ~10 pips away. It didn't really cross EMA for another 3 bars. I know you said "the market is turning up with the 4hr up and the 2hr EMA/ROMAR crossing for the up." So were you somewhat anticipating the trend changing to up, then saw the opening with the open bar at the parabolic? Did all of the recent open/closing bars slightly above romer make you more sure that EMA would eventually cross romer instead of go into a slider?

For me as a white-belt novice, I might have waited two bars after you did before going long when EMA crossed romer. It looks like that trade might have worked for the 40, but my potential entry would have been ~25 pips higher than yours.

Hi Dom

You could have entered a bar or two after mine and it still would have been a good trade.

Also, because ROMAR and EMA are basically at the same point, you can use ROMAR as Support. If ROMAR and EMA are within 10 pips, you can use ROMAR as Support or Resistance.

The day before this trade the 4hr put in a high swing at ROMAR then a Higher Low with the DB/SAR attached. The 2hr and 4hr were telling me that the market was headed north against the Daily - so a break out.

I will enter short if sunday open with a gap up enough pips count to H2 support or wait to enter long at SAR attach on H2/ H4 if gap down/ no gap.

Adjustments: Gap down, market went straight up from H2 smooth hit Daily Psar, H2 DB/SAR attach with both standard and hidden divergence

Entry: Enter short at the hit on Daily Psar

Rule: DB/SAR connection with Divergences, in Consolidation that's an entry when referencing S/R. The Resistance was the Daily PSAR.

Hi everyone, here is my plan for the market open.

Daily :
ROMAR : Support
EMA : Resistance
PSAR : Resistance
Notes : Market in consolidation. 4 horsemen in a smooth slider down. DB/SAR at the bottom with both divergence. Market closed below EMA resistance. Macd Down.

H4 :
ROMAR : Resistance
EMA : Support
PSAR : Support
Notes : 4 horsemen in strong uptrend. Market closed at ROMAR resistance. DB/SAR attached on top with magenta divergence. Green fibo

H2 :
ROMAR : Support/Resistance
EMA : Support
PSAR : Support
Notes : Breakout north. 4 horsemen in strong uptrend. Purple crossed ROMAR resistance for the up. EMA 3 pips from ROMAR for change of the trend. In this context I will use ROMAR as support. DB/SAR on top with both divergence. Macd up. Fibo red.

H1 :
ROMAR : Support
EMA : Support
PSAR : Support
Notes : Full uptrend. 4 horsemen up. Market at smooth support.

Final Notes :
H1/H2 in sync for the uptrend. H4 horsemen are up against ROMAR resistance.
The consolidated trend is up on smaller timeframes. EMA/PSAR trend is down on the daily.
I will enter long on a retrace to H2 ROMAR support with enough pips to Daily PSAR resistance.

Final Notes for all 4 Charts:
We are in Consolidation. This is Trading From Top to Bottom and Bottom to Top. In H4 and H2 current candle have in the top DB/SAR and in H2 have Green Divergence.
We are in the Top and for Consolidation is for a Short Entry, but right now I only have a space from current price to Romar H2 for only 20 pips plus EMA is heading up for the cross to Romar.
Im going to wait, if the Market open with a Gap Up and I have space of more 40pips to Romar, im going to short.
Other Scenario that im watching is if the market stay above of Romar H2, Ema is going to cross Romar for the Uptrend and market going higher for the SAR in D1. But this is not thinking in the moment and right now for me is risky any trade.

Gap Down - open price: 132.245 Between Smooth and White in a uptrend. Going long for me is risk because i have 2 stops. ROMAR H4 and Parabolic in Daily.

Entry Short from Daily Parabolic to H2 Romar. My TP 40 is 1 pip bellow romar. I hope i dont ask foolish question, but. This is a valid entry? We are in Consolidation, so is trading from top to bottom. But the only question that i have is my TP is bellow 1pip of Romar Resistance.

Ok Thank you Hendo. And yes i was going to ask that about the TP and SL, because i remember at the start of the thread we can set the BE, and after is pure SL or TP.
