The last candle cross the line much lower ... you don't catch all the move but the rest of it

Nice system I am more worry about the zig zag that redesign itself ... will be nice to know when it first appear so we can monitor the historic fake signal

i still can not get the same chart as it shows in post 1.
indicators do not work at all.

Hello fredgold3434 did you try both templates that were provided in the zip folder? One works for Mac the other for PC. Make sure all the indicators are installed on your MT4 and then load the template.

Yes the zig zag arrow can repaint sometimes in a strong trending pair, this is why I use the trend indicator, the stochastic and the SMA to make the confirmation before opening a trade, which will reduce any false signals and increase success.

Set up on UC did not complete yesterday so I will monitor it on Monday for confirmation of entry.

I agree with the use of Zigzag Arrow for Reversal, because ZigZag is a BreakOut Indicator after passing a few candles (Depth),
For reversal need another indicator for confirmation.

Conversely, BUY can also be done at the time of Red Arrow first appeared, as well as SELL at the first Green Arrow appeared. Which means following the Breakout trend pattern.

Both can be applied to smaller Timeframes (Scalper).

You have to wait for a close below the SMA for a short trade.
So your trade would be in minus right now

Hi Mr.Trader123, I did write on the first post that "It's also very important to monitor price action, and the candles. Sometimes there will be a big fast move with the current candle shooting through the SMA, in that case I wouldn't wait for the current candle to close, and I would enter straight away to catch the rest of the move."

Hi fredgold3434 In the settings of the trend line indicator you can edit the colors of the trend line to match the template if it didn't load the same.

Yes it is. Remember the arrow will be the first signal, then the stochastic, trend line, and finally the SMA for the confirmation, so until we get the final confirmation from the SMA it could be 2-8 candles.

It looks like I missed a buy entry on USDCHF. I'll be watching to enter after it's completed the small pullback and crossed the SMA again.

Would that second opportunity your waiting for have to have all the requirements of the original entry point, or will you open it simple after it has closed above the SMA once more?

All 3 indicators would still need to be valid and confirmed, then I would only look at the recross of the SMA to enter after the pullback.

so you couldnt take the recross until the stoch for example had returned to oversold and was coming up out of it again?
