You are showing on all three charts EMA and the Parabolic in the downtrend - with ROMAR on the H2 and H4 also for the downtrend. And because Smooth crosses Purple on the H2 was your reason for going LONG with EMA in a slider and the Parabolic holding the short. So Pedro - what is that telling you?

Dana, i doubt if i am the only one that didnt take this trade because of the big Bogey man not quite 40 pips away on the daily.
it was quite plain to see H2 horsemen in slider and the SAR/PSAR attachment for the down MACD getting weaker. H4 horsemen still in correct order for down. However we had both divergence on H2 a mere 25 pips away (that i can understand going lower and probably would have took the trade, if it wasnt for Daily romar approx. 37 pips away)
Is there any way that we can tell if Daily Romar will be surpassed just by looking at the Horsemen on the H2 H4 and sometimes the H1 and am i missing something?

Or do we just pull the trigger and stop complaining...... I could kick myself........

Was the SAR on the Daily a factor in the big picture that it would make DB???? Very curious student....

You have the power of the H1, H2, and the H4 ROMAR's in the downtrend with the Daily ROMAR as support. But you also have the Daily EMA/Parabolic having the power for the downtrend with the green zero Fibo just below ROMAR also as support. The H2 is your trading chart and ALL entries with this scenario is off resistance which means the H2 Parabolic and the H4 EMA.

The issue is on the Daily getting pass ROMAR with Purple setting up a position for the ROMAR crossing. And this is the reason for the heavy consolidation of trend moving from low to high and high to low. If the market can stay below Purple then eventually it will move for the Daily ROMAR changing trends. Being on the Daily will take time with more consolidations. But as always - anything can happen. We just have to stay focus on the moment for any and all changes. I believe by the end of the week I will know exactly what will happen with all crossings of Purple. So far the EMA slider is speaking volume.

The biggest problem we have right now is with the Economic Release. There was a time you was lucky getting one release a day. Now - you get multiple release daily. They keep adding new releases week after week where both London and USD is so flooded with releases it is hard to trade during those sessions. I have noticed lately they are changing low impact releases to high impact release. It is a big game they are playing and far as I can see it is working.

Dove - yes, I see that on H4, H2 was Romar downtrend but at the time I entered long : I was looking at Daily - DB was on bottom and Romar was uptrend and market stayed above Romar. So I was thinking - Daily Romar uptrend, Purple slide above Romar for up, next - Purple crossed smooth for up. H2 - Purple crossed smooth for up too, same as Daily and canlde was closed above smooth. We were in consolidation and on H2 - DB was attached on bottom same as H4 and Daily - that is why I went long. If we were in Romar downtrend - on Daily too, I would go short. But because situation on Daily I decided to go long thinking that market turns back to the uptrend on H2, H4. My SL was under Daily Romar so I felt it is safer to go long.

That is analyzing Pedro - You also had the 23.6 on the Daily as resistance. You cannot apply rules on one scenario with another. You have to learn in applying rules with the trend and rules with consolidation. You use the H4 and Daily as reference for support and resistance with the H2 trading chart. And when you pulled the trigger going long the H2 was showing you a downtrend with resistance. So - why analyze when the Paradox had done it for you. The rule is: When the DB is in trend with the Parabolic it will move bar to bar with the trend; and the SAR will break loose for the Parabolic for an entry back into the trend. The rule also states until the Parabolic flips the trend will not change. With that - there is nothing to analyze.

Hello Dove and others users of the thread!

I am currently quite furious with myself due to several attempts of failing to understand the Paradox Divergence.
I would just like to ask a question that may hopefully help me in my future attempts to learn the divergence.

In the post I quoted Dove writes the following:

How is it possible that the market can create a new low with the Lime Green dash-dot line attaching? I only see it attaching to top of candles.

In this post as well, I see no mention about LightSkyBlue. Instead Dove writes - "[...] Lime Green for the low of the Fibo with the price tag".

I am sorry if the question is stupid, I may be over complicating things.

I am new to the Paradox system and have downloaded the files Mr Dove requires plus the instructions. Part of the system appears to work, so may I ask if anyone is running Win 10 on 64 Bit architecture and no issues with installing Paradox.

MT4 is Version-4 Build 1090 as at May 19 2017. also Many thanks for anyone who replies, what an incredible Alliance of Paradox members Mr Dove has.

Perhaps the issue is I live in Australia and we are upside down to the rest of you guys-so at my age ( older then Mr Doves tender 71 yrs ) my grey matter needs a little extra support from the team :-)

In the meantime I will continue reading from page 1, as the information is very detailed and comprehensive, so many thanks Mr Dove and the team of contributors here.

However, romer resistance is close (~10 pips) which limits long opportunities at current market level. Bollinger bands constricted and fairly flat.

Final Notes:
Market appears to be in the beginning of a consolidated uptrend with the flipping of the H2 parabolic, and with H2 purple crossing EMA. H1 four horsemen in uptrend. H4 with purple crossing white and smooth for up. Market started uptrend after hitting 0.0 fibo with DB/SAR and skyblue swing at bottom on all four charts. DB attached at top on H1 and H2 (and SAR on H4). Main resistance at H2 romer. Secondary resistance confluence appears at H4 romer+ daily EMA resistance at 132.49. Support confluence appears at H1 PSAR + H2 EMA at 131.89. However, trading is constricted with H2 romer resistance at 132.250.

Entry:
Market in a consolidated uptrend too close to H2 romer resistance to go long. Will wait for a retrace to H2 EMA/H1 PSAR before going long. Depending on the moment, this should give about 40 pips to H2 romer resistance. Second resistance confluence at H4 romer/daily EMA. Given how constricted the H2 BB are, this could take a while. Might try to wait after US jobs report to catch the retrace.

Entry edit: entered long at 131.81 with the new candle. This is at the H2 parabolic, right above the daily romer support. There's slightly more than 40 pips to H2 romer. Hopefully enough time before high impact news. I must say though, I'm really kicking myself that I didn't go short at the previous candle, with DB attaching to the top on H2 (at H2 romer resistance no less), and SAR at the top on H4.
