I was averaging about 40% winners against 60% losers on a week by week basis. All the losers were small (5-6 pips on average) and the winners were usually around 20-40 pips on average). Some days I'd completely smash it out of the park and some days were just a grind fest. The key was not letting the accumulation of losers cause any issues on the psychology side.
