BTW... if only i found this Thread in September... right now i should making thousands of pips in USDMXN... but im just trading the swings from 14 September.. but closing and open almost daily... and never think about to compound the trades... I hope i can find the light that u are bringing in here.

Weekly Control Candles

ANY candle, followed by the next candle which CLOSED above the high or below the low of the ANY candle is an ENTRY SIGNAL - not just Wide Range Bars.

As Rick (glyder) posted, and as I did in an earlier post, I did not develop Weekly Control Candles as an entry signal. I developed them to IDENTIFY consolidation and trading ranges. My advice was always to not trade the Worker when PRICE was within a Weekly Control Candle - essentially a "NO TRADE" zone for the Worker. The number of pips of the Weekly Control Candle determined whether a trade would qualify a trade on H4.

Yes... but im not the same person before more of 8,000hrs in here... already play the game of Fear, Greed, Martingale and all those "games..." If this was when i just start i start placing a lot of orders... but not any more... I start to make some profits when i start trading slow, conservative, without thinking in the money but thinking in risk less everytime time. (This is one of the reason that i start following you and register to talk to you... because after bad moments i learn somethings that in ur other old thread u say)

This is Weekly Chart:

Weekly Candle: Make a Swing High 04/09/2017 Candle Week, then in 02/10/2017 price find a support , next candle was bullish with wick on top. That Candle convert in WCC, and current candle close bellow of it. (Posible turning trend?)

D1 Candle: 27/10/2017 Candle close bellow and then the price is testing the open of that candle for the next 2 days.

My notes: Can be a good trade in short with SL above of monthly swing candle, if the price start trending down, we can add positions watching D1 with the pullbacks.

Speaking of learning, I like to have more than one reason to enter a trade. In the EU trade I posted, last weeks bar had broken two prior WCCs, a three week old bear flag and a swing low. Let's if it can make it to the EMA beneath it.

Hi Strat

Thank you taking the time to write this. This is also the direction I want to be heading in trading.
Analysis Big Boss chart at end of month.
Analysis Boss chart at end of week.
If the Boss is fighting the Big Boss then either do not trade or trade with reduced position size.
Using the workers signal for entry but always trade in direction of the Boss.
This seems simple but its require a lot of confidence in your analysis and in the system which will only come after you spend thousand hours on the chart.

Hi Guys

All this recent discussion regarding Weekly Control Candle brings back lot of memory form private site.
WCC is very useful when price is at Top or Bottom, the WCCs in between are just pause in the market.
So if you make a rule to trade when price is closed outside WCC then you will miss lot of solid trade.
All the candles that closed outside previous WCC are potential WCCs, so just bewared when price is inside an established WCC.

Candle 2 closed below the low of candle 1, so IT IS NEW WCC, and will remain so until a new weekly candle close below/above the low/high of previous WCC.

If I am not mistaken the candle (sept 3 , the highest candle) was not a wcc as price did not close above the high of the wcc (23 july)

I am fascinated to a degree as to how this thread has been reduced to what a WCC is. PASR is a candle by candle exercise in which every candle has a story to tell. How did we just collapse to the WCC?
