WOW

after a good run, consistent... and then this, there are a few in there that shouldn't be... but the PA on the losing trades has been quite unexpected...

need to have a look at them over the weekend...

so after looking like i was going to reach my end of month target... im now like 12% down for the month... interesting... 9% down in the last two consecutive days. -15% for the week. FUCK

If the losses are following a clear path, it may mean you have a systematic mistake that you keep doing. Go through the trades over the weekend. You may fix that failure you have.

yeah i think so

I had a shit start to the month, id probably be way past my target without that start (it was my fault i revenged) then these last 3 days have been dreadful, im not supposed to check trades whilst i am at work but i have the charts up,

yesterday that UCHF stumped me... i contacted IC and they are sorting it, probably come back with some nonsense answer...

anyway yeah some fundamental problem somewhere, ill have to check it this weekend

yes its because i am at work and i have been unable to delete trades at the moment, its cost me.... but i will work around it, just working out how

They were booked today by margin close, probably long term trades he had open since late September. Guess he decided to do a heroic exit after his half lot U/Cad missed target by half a pip yesterday and got closed at be.

yes big error everyone, i had a trade USDCAD booked during news...


on the Ctrader app you have to click a box to set the automatic Stop loss... of course not only did i forget to click the SL button but i also forgot to delete the order before the CAD news... i then couldn't check the trade as been at work until late, (not supposed to check them at work) and i also did not know i had NO SL!!!! (i had 23 pending orders... conveniently this was the only one that had no SL, triggered during news WTF)

however....

i will be up and running again, with an IB offering lower $commission...

but yes an error, a shocking one, but yes an error... im still wondering why the only trade that didnt have SL was UCAD

the long term trade was an AU buy at 0.7911... only after 2 pips and i didnt get it OOPS


that trade wasn't the issue, it would have taken 1.1k to wipe me...

it was the UCAD at 0.26k as explained above

you must work at a chinese sweatshop if you can't check your phone app during work..

i work at a US govt contract facility..shit is strict..and i can check my phone and do web trading just fine....so yeaaaa. try again, get a diff job where you can at least modify trades at work..

i work at an FX company, they specifically said don't get caught spread betting at work :0


I checked my trades prior to the news, i just forgot to delete it... and for some bizarre reason i didn't have a SL... seems bit fishy but not got time to check it atm
