today was interesting to trade as to my mind market moved quite chaotic. yesterday looked like buying for quite many pairs with high volume, but looking at todays moves, seems that it was selling.

Let me tell you a secret that you should already know, the background is mainly to give you the general direction, but there's always a retrace within a trend.
Trade the day, trade what you see today. Maybe tomorrow the overall strength/weakness will come back again who knows tomorrow the charts will tell you.
The background is good to provide areas of interest and major direction if present.
In a healthy trend you can calculate the retraces areas quite accurately, wait for price to come and get you and show you that you were right in your calculations don't chase the price, let it come to you don't ever fear to miss a trade just because the price didn't come to get you, but always fear to chase the price in a area that you haven't anticipated.

Notice on the previous AS formation how the price never tried to break it, sellers not ready even after high volume rejection, there was not enough sell weight to shoot the market down, it's very rare that the market reverses an shoots immediately in the opposite direction.

PS - Some people will tell you that I an just telling stories and bullshit because I use volume, they will argue that to trade on such a lower time frame it should be traded in momentum strategies, I prefer to use them both volume and momentum I hate when I take a trade and the trade stalls for too long on or around entry point I like the trades where I enter and prices moves quick away from entry point even if its just 10 pips. that just confirms to me that I entered on a area where the equilibrium of SD was broken, and was created a brief momentum in price normally those two ingredients are the perfect recipe to a true bounce/break/continuation... of that price area.
Ps1 - On this all move you can clearly see why it was moving up and going long we have previous volume indication supporting a long trade, but is it coincidence that price reversed on a previous level of interest? is it coincidence that the price present the traders with a false breakout exactly at that level?
Did you ever stopped to think what most trader are thinking at that moment? omg it's breaking, it's going I don't wanna miss it, all breakout EA and EMA trend or stoch, macd are screaming buy... SOMETIMES YOU NEED TO STEP OUT OF THE CHART AND AVOID TO THINK LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE, you need to think like the hunter not the prey.... you need to think like the SM MM big boys whatever name you wanna call them , and avoid thinking like the sheep. Again if you miss a trade you missed it don't bother chasing it YOU ARE ALREADY LATE. either wait for a new opportunity or let the market come to you... Market's are like those carnivorous plants, they offer you the succulent delicious juice, if you fall in that temptation it will be your last regret. BE the HUNTER.... Think like one, prepare your prey, lions and cheetahs don't hunt in the middle of the herd, they wait for a vulnerable prey, they wait until that one is isolated from the group and only then they initiate the attack.... food for your thoughts over and out.
Yet again it's just my humble point of view and by no means I am or consider myself any guru, not even a profitable trader, I consider myself a trader on Breakeven stage and evolving possibly to a profitable stage in medium term future.

, but because of yesterday i thought there was some buying) the way how you draw grey boxes looks like supply and demand principle. I try to that combine that in VSA and VZA as well. sometimes can find good entries.

you are welcome mate, I only read once that book, it's interesting but also a bit confusing because they have 300 types of signals for SOW SOS, I always use common sense in my approach, and I don't use pure VSA nor pure SD or even pure momentum I try to combine all of them.
I have read a lot of book of subjects such as order flow, supply and demand, markets logic ( micro and macro structure), vsa and momentum. But a basic knowledge we all should understand is exactly how markets move, what causes unbalance on supply and demand.. let me try to find a good video of a totally different market but with same principle.
This is a closed market so we know all order book will be shown, it's a complete different stuff from forex but the principle is the same supply and demand when one weights more than the other the price will move. this is a basic market on betting exchanges. the dymanics behind price movement is exactly the same on a very very very residual size proportion compared to forex. but the basic are there. In forex this happens with millions.
