Something is not right here! I have much lower comission on PS then even your Tickmill!

Actually it is the opposite- so far I din't find a broker with less commission charged then PS. It is 4X smaller then on your Tickmill account.

Your account currency is Euro however it is still very less as compared to my tickmill or pepperstone acconts commissions.
Kindly suggest how I can get such low commissions?

You should talk to them via Live chat option and refer these two posts of ours. You might get some answers. I don't have any special arangement or anything. So the only thing that can play a role here is where you live, imho.

Anyways, I'm also curious what you will find out, so please keep us posted.

They was giving special offer to customers from EU when opening the UK office in August . We had to create new accounts at the UK Branch. The low commision is for some months. So I think @fisher755 also has the new account at the UK office.

Here from the info we got when forced to change to UK accounts:

I know this transition may be inconvenient, so to make it a little bit easier I want to offer you $1 USD commissions on Razor accounts and spreads from 0.2 pips on Standard Accounts for a limited time (please see the terms and conditions) – all you need to do is open your new Pepperstone UK account and begin trading, I’ve already applied this offer to your account.

I had exactly the same comission while I was under their Australian Office before they started accepting EU clients again and changed old EU clients to new server. Absolutly no change there.

Are you saying you pay less commission now then on your older account? Because I remember I was comparing my commission on old account to TWay and it was 2.5 times lower on PS. Even if this is realy some special deal (of which I don't know nothing about) I never found a broker with less comission on ECN account.

Oh, and you can see I have more then $1 commission from the pic I posted. Looks more like $2.5 per lot. I'll check it on my history of bigger ccount.

Looks like $2 per lot ( EUR 1.7 per lot). So obviously I have not come under special deal, I changed the servers the first day they started changing old EU clients because I wanted to get this done and focus on trading.

Yes the special deal ended 30.09 it looks like. I pay also 2$ or 1.7€ per lot now. It is on Razor account.

Yes. You are right about the offer. I got a reply from pepperstone support about this when I sent a mail regarding my commission issue.

In old Australian server I never had such high commission as yours is, so I don't think this is the case. But I will monitor it and keep you updated. I never was under this promotion and as Earleone stated it ended end of Septemeber.
